3x3 Pop Up System:
Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files for size, margins/bleed, and colour settings.
If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before the files are sent directly
for production.
📌 Important Note (Pop Up System)
This product consists of multiple display panels.
Artwork must be prepared according to the required panel layout
to ensure important text or logos are not hidden at panel joints.
✅ Recommended File Checklist
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
- Colour mode: CMYK.
- Image resolution: 150–300dpi at actual size.
- Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
- Bleed: Add 3–5mm bleed if background extends to the edge.
🎨 1) Artwork Preparation (Pop Up Panels)
- Prepare artwork based on the required panel layout (e.g. left / centre / right panels).
- If multiple panels are required, export artwork as separate files where applicable.
- Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale) with correct orientation.
- Avoid placing important content close to panel joints or outer edges.
⚠️ Safe Area Recommendation:
Please keep all important text, logos, and QR codes at least
20–30mm away from the outer edges and
away from panel joint lines.
This helps prevent content from being hidden during installation.
⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload
- Please upload one (1) final artwork per order item.
- If artwork consists of multiple panels, ensure files are clearly named
(e.g. Panel-1, Panel-2, Panel-3).
⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off Time
- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
➕ Add Item (Same Specification, Same Quantity)
- You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity.
- This option is not for splitting quantities across different designs.
- All selected options will apply to every uploaded artwork under this item.
