How our delivery timeline works

At Image Magic, we know how important it is to deliver every printed product intact and on time. We dispatch orders using next-day courier services (courier may vary depending on product type, weight and value).

The completion time consists of Order Day, Process Day, and Delivery Day. The valid process day is shown on each product calculation page.

Production periods

• Standard production: process days* — order placed, artwork ready for print, and payment completed by 5:00pm (Mon–Fri) and 12:00pm (Sat).
• Rush order production: 1 working day faster than standard* — order placed, artwork ready for print, and payment completed by 5:00pm (Mon–Fri) and 12:00pm (Sat).
  Rush order surcharge may apply.

Delivery periods

• Standard delivery: 1–2 working days (depends on location; rural areas may take longer).
• Working days exclude Sunday and Public Holidays.

What if something goes wrong with the printed product?

• We do our best to prevent damage, but damage can happen during courier handling. Please email [email protected] with details and attach clear photos of the damage for courier claims. Please do not dispose of the item/packaging as we may request a return. If return is required, we will arrange the return shipping. After we receive the photos, we will proceed with replacement as soon as possible. Approved damaged goods are eligible for refund or reprint. Image Magic is not responsible for other losses.
• Courier surcharges may change from time to time. Delivery charges will be updated accordingly without prior notice.

Self-collection

• Members will be notified once items are ready for self-collection. Please note we may not send repeated reminders. If items are not collected within 30 days from the “Ready for Pick Up” date, items will be considered expired and may be disposed. No refund or reprint will be provided for uncollected items.

Example timeline

Example: You place an order for Business Cards on Monday. Process days = 2 (Tuesday & Wednesday). Delivery on Thursday.
