How to Order Your Print Job

Follow these steps to place an order on Image Magic — from selecting a product to payment and delivery confirmation.

Step-by-step ordering guide

Choose your product. Browse All Products or use the search bar. If the product you are looking for is not available, WhatsApp us at +6012 651 2849.
Select your specifications. Choose size, quantity, paper type and finishing, then click Get Started.
Upload your print-ready artwork file. If you need help preparing artwork, please visit our Support Guides.
Create an account or log in. Enter your personal information or log in if you are an existing customer.
Checkout. Double-check order details and delivery details, then confirm.
Payment. Pay by credit card or bank transfer. If you use bank transfer, please send the payment slip to WhatsApp +6012 651 2849 or email [email protected].
Delivery confirmation. Once your product is ready to deliver, we will email the delivery confirmation.
