When submitting artwork, provide a separate layer named “White” (or spot colour) to indicate areas where white ink should be printed.
Layer 1: Full-colour CMYK artwork (your design)
Layer 2: Solid shape areas for white ink base (magenta or Pantone spot colour)
We will print white ink first, then CMYK on top.
Don’t apply white ink to the entire background — only where opacity is needed
Avoid overly small white text (it may not register sharply)
For best effect, use white ink behind logos, barcodes, or small text areas
