Self-collection and order assistance
For self-collection, wait until the order is confirmed as ready before travelling to the shop. Bring or show the Image Magic order number so our team can locate the correct package.
For artwork, payment, delivery or order-status questions, contact us before visiting and explain the issue clearly. Production changes may not be possible after artwork approval or after printing has started.

How to reach Image Magic
Wisma Cosway is located in Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle, near Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre.
By KL Monorail, use Raja Chulan Station. Walk towards Wisma Genting and continue to the adjoining Wisma Cosway building. Enter the building, take the lift to Level 3 and turn right. Walking routes and building access may change, so use the live map when travelling.
