Rigid Tabletop Display with Attached Cardboard Stand

Print self-standing tabletop signs for counters, registration desks, menus, promotions and product information. Choose A5, A4 or A3 portrait size and one of three rigid board materials. A foldable cardboard easel stand is attached to the back.

Matte and gloss lamination are not currently displayed as selectable options. Do not advertise lamination unless the corresponding choices are added to the calculator.

Choose the Board Material

All three materials include full-colour front printing and an attached cardboard easel stand. Choose according to weight, handling requirements and preferred board surface.

Lightweight Indoor Option 5mm Foam Board

A very lightweight board with a smooth display surface. Suitable for short-term indoor promotions and event use.

  • Best kept dry and handled carefully
  • Edges may dent if knocked or compressed
Lightweight Plastic Option 5mm PP Hollow Board

A fluted polypropylene board that remains lightweight while tolerating normal handling and moisture better than standard paper-faced foam board.

  • Lightweight and practical
  • Suitable for frequent setup and packing
  • Internal flute lines may be slightly visible
  • Best used indoors with the cardboard stand
Firmer Board Option 4mm PVC Hard Board

A firmer and heavier board with a smoother, more solid display appearance.

  • More rigid and substantial feel
  • Smooth surface for close-view displays
  • Suitable for repeated indoor presentation
  • Heavier than foam board and PP hollow board
The backing stand is made from cardboard. Even when PP hollow board or PVC hard board is selected, the complete assembled product is intended for indoor or dry, sheltered tabletop use.

Compact A5 — 148 × 210mm

Suitable for QR payment signs, table numbers, compact menus, small notices and price information.

Standard Counter Size A4 — 210 × 297mm

Suitable for countertop promotions, service information, product highlights and registration instructions.

Larger Display A3 — 297 × 420mm

Suitable for event counters, larger menus, schedules and information that must be viewed from farther away.

Printing and Stand Construction

Full-Colour Front Printing Suitable for supplied logos, photographs, QR codes, prices and promotional graphics.
Single-Sided Display The printed graphic is viewed from the front. The rear contains the supporting stand.
Attached Cardboard Easel A foldable cardboard stand is attached to the back for tabletop display.
No Separate Frame Required Open the rear stand and place the display on a clean, stable and level surface.
Portable Display Suitable for counters, exhibitions, temporary booths and event registration tables.
Indoor Tabletop Use Keep the cardboard backing away from rain, spills and prolonged moisture.

This product is a rigid printed board with a rear easel stand. It is different from folded paper tent cards and acrylic sign holders.

Artwork Preparation Guidelines

Submit complete print-ready artwork at the selected A5, A4 or A3 portrait size.

Accepted File Formats
  • Accepted formats include PDF, AI, EPS and JPG.
  • PDF or AI is recommended for print-ready files.
  • Prepare the artwork at the actual selected size.
  • Do not submit landscape artwork for a portrait product option.
Colour and Image Resolution
  • Prepare colour artwork in CMYK mode.
  • Raster images should be approximately 300 DPI at final printing size.
  • Use clear, high-resolution logos and product images.
  • Screen colours may differ from printed colours.
Bleed and Safe Area
  • Add 3mm bleed on every side.
  • Extend background colours and images completely through the bleed.
  • Keep essential text and logos at least 5mm inside the trimming edge.
  • Avoid thin borders positioned close to the edge.
Fonts and Linked Images
  • Convert fonts to outlines or embed them.
  • Embed all linked images before exporting.
  • Check names, prices, dates and contact details before submission.
QR Code Artwork
  • Use a clear, high-contrast QR code.
  • Keep sufficient clear space around the code.
  • Test the code from the final exported artwork.
  • Test it again at the expected viewing distance.

  • Confirm A5, A4 or A3 portrait size.
  • Choose foam board, PP hollow board or PVC hard board.
  • Confirm the required quantity per design.
  • Check all printed information carefully.
  • Confirm the required completion and delivery date.

The complete product is intended primarily for indoor or dry, sheltered use because the supporting stand is made from cardboard.
