Size reminder: External bag dimensions are not the same as exact usable internal space. Allow room for the side gussets, folded base and easy insertion or removal of the packaged items.

Printing, Lamination and Bag Construction

The available options are designed to produce a practical laminated paper bag with a professional branded appearance.

Full-Colour CMYK Printing Suitable for logos, photographs, patterns and promotional artwork.

Gloss Lamination Adds a shinier outer surface and stronger colour vibrancy.

Matte Lamination Provides a smoother, lower-glare and more understated finish.

Rope Handle Supplied according to the rope options available in the online product selector.

Side Gussets Expand when opened to provide more space for packaged items.

Flat-Bottom Construction Helps the bag stand more securely when packed appropriately.

The current product selector shows a 350 mm rope length. The final rope colour and other available selections should be confirmed in the online options before ordering.

Artwork Preparation Guidelines

Open the sections below before preparing or uploading your paper bag artwork.

Use the Correct PBG Template

Select the required PBG001–PBG007 model before preparing the artwork.
Use only the official dieline supplied for the selected model.
Do not resize, rotate, stretch or rebuild the supplied dieline.
Do not alter cut lines, fold lines, glue areas, handle holes or base panels.
Artwork created for one PBG model cannot automatically be used for another model.

Bleed and Safe Area

Add 3 mm bleed on all required outer edges.
Extend background colours and images completely through the bleed area.
Keep logos, text and key artwork at least 10 mm away from fold lines.
Avoid placing important content in glue areas, handle holes and bottom-folding sections.
Keep important details safely inside all cut lines.

File and Colour Requirements

PDF or AI files are recommended.
Prepare the artwork in CMYK colour mode.
Raster images should be approximately 300 dpi at their final printed size.
Convert fonts to outlines or ensure that all fonts are correctly embedded.
Embed all linked images before exporting the final file.
Keep the dieline on a clearly labelled, non-printing layer.

Before Approving Production

Confirm the correct PBG model and dimensions.
Confirm the quantity, lamination and rope options.
Check logos, spelling, contact information and artwork orientation.
Review the front, back, side and base panels.
Confirm that important content is clear of folds, holes and glue areas.
Changes after approval may affect pricing and completion time.

How to Order

Select the Bag Model Choose PBG001–PBG007 and at least 250 pieces per design.
Select the Options Confirm the lamination, rope and delivery selections.
Upload Your Artwork Submit print-ready artwork using the correct bag dieline.
Approve Production Printing begins after payment and final artwork confirmation.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The current direct-order configuration starts from 250 pieces per design. Different artworks are normally treated as separate designs and quantities.

What paper bag sizes are available?

Seven standard models are listed: PBG001, PBG002, PBG003, PBG004, PBG005, PBG006 and PBG007. Each model has a different width, depth, height and artwork dieline.

What paper is used?

The current online product configuration lists one-side-coated Gloss Art Card 190 gsm.

Is the bag printed on both sides?

The current configuration lists full-colour single-sided printing. This refers to printing on the designated outer side of the flat bag dieline before forming the bag.

What lamination options are available?

The current online options include front-only gloss lamination and front-only matte lamination.

How long does production take?

Standard production is approximately 7–10 working days after payment, product-option confirmation and final artwork approval. Delivery time is additional.
