Lightweight Indoor5mm Foam Board

A lightweight rigid display board for exhibitions, welcome boards, presentations, retail displays and indoor event signage. Foam Board is the best choice when lightweight handling, event presentation or easel display is important.

More Rigid5mm PVC Hard Board

A sturdier PVC-based board for office signage, retail displays, menu boards, notices and applications that need better moisture resistance and a firmer surface than standard foam board.

Lightweight Plastic5mm PP Hollow Board

Upload final print-ready artwork that matches the selected board size. Use the current downloadable template for the final trim and safe-area reference.

Recommended File Format
  • PDF is preferred; AI or high-resolution JPG can also be used where appropriate.
  • Prepare artwork at actual size, 1:1 scale.
  • Use CMYK colour mode.
  • Flatten final artwork and embed all linked images.
Image Resolution
  • 300 DPI is recommended at actual size.
  • 150 DPI is the minimum current upload guideline.
  • Use high-resolution logos and photographs.
  • Avoid screenshots and low-resolution web graphics.
Bleed & Safe Area
  • Add approximately 3mm bleed on all sides for edge-to-edge artwork.
  • Keep important text, logos, faces and QR codes approximately 5–10mm inside the trim edge.
  • Extend background colours and images through the bleed.
  • Use the selected product template as the final reference.
Fonts & Final File
  • Outline or embed all fonts.
  • Upload one final artwork file per order item.
  • Remove draft layers and unused graphics.
  • Make sure artwork orientation matches the selected size.
  • For a 4ft × 6ft board, prepare artwork to the exact selected 48" × 72" size.
Multiple Designs
  • Use Add Item for another artwork with the same specification and quantity.
  • Do not split one selected quantity across different designs.
  • Different board materials or sizes should be separate order items.
  • All options selected under one item apply to its artwork.
