Custom Retail Product Display Stands in 4 Sizes

Create branded point-of-purchase displays for retail stores, supermarkets, product launches and promotional campaigns. Each stand is produced from 6mm PVC Foamboard with full-colour CMYK graphics, structural die-cutting and gluing, plus your choice of compulsory gloss or matte lamination.

Choose the model according to the amount of product you need to display and the available retail floor space. POP M1 is the most compact option, while POP M4 provides the widest display area.

The current specification lists CMYK printing for the outer display wall and top/bottom header areas. Prepare artwork using the correct POP M1, M2, M3 or M4 template rather than designing an arbitrary custom stand shape.

Compulsory Lamination

Lamination is part of the product specification. Choose one finishing option when ordering.

Gloss Lamination

Creates a shinier, more reflective appearance and helps colours appear more vivid.

Matte Lamination

Creates a smoother, lower-reflection appearance for a more subdued display surface.

Lamination is not optional for the current product. The customer must choose either Gloss or Matte Lamination.

Production Time by Quantity

Production increases with the number of POP display sets ordered.

The previous “2–4 working days” statement is incorrect. Production depends on order quantity and ranges from 3 to 15 working days under the current specification.
Process days exclude the order day and receiving/delivery day. Artwork issues or late artwork submission may affect the completion schedule.

Delivery and Packing

West Malaysia Delivery

This is a bulky foamboard product. The current online product is configured for West Malaysia delivery.

Protective Packing

Current specifications state double-layer bubble wrap with corrugated material protecting the edges.

Do not promise standard courier delivery to East Malaysia under this product. Contact Image Magic before ordering when another delivery arrangement is required.

These are full-height retail product display stands rather than small tabletop tent cards. The smallest current model is approximately 127cm high.

Artwork Preparation Guidelines

Prepare artwork using the template for the exact POP model selected.

File Format and Colour
  • PDF or AI is recommended.
  • PSD or high-resolution JPG may also be supplied.
  • Prepare artwork in CMYK colour mode.
  • Use approximately 150–300dpi images at actual production size.
  • Convert fonts to outlines or embed them.
Use the Correct Model Template
  • Select POP M1, M2, M3 or M4 first.
  • Prepare artwork according to that model's structural layout.
  • Do not interchange artwork templates between different models.
  • Clearly identify individual components when supplying separate files.
Bleed and Safe Area
  • Use 5mm bleed where backgrounds extend to the production edge.
  • Extend background colours and photographs through the bleed.
  • Keep important content approximately 15–30mm away from edges, folds, joints and obstructed structural areas.
Structural Joints and Fold Areas
  • Avoid placing important logos directly across folds or joints.
  • Keep QR codes, prices and small text clear of structural joining areas.
  • Check every visible panel before submitting the final artwork.
Multiple Printed Components
  • POP displays contain multiple structural and printed components.
  • Clearly label files such as Header, Outer Panel and other corresponding parts.
  • Ensure adjoining graphics align correctly.
Before Submitting Artwork
  • Confirm the selected POP model.
  • Confirm gloss or matte lamination.
  • Check all logos and brand colours.
  • Check prices, dates and promotional wording.
  • Test all QR codes.
  • Confirm the required production and delivery schedule.

Can I create any custom stand shape?
The standard online product uses the fixed POP M1, M2, M3 and M4 structures. Die-cutting is part of the construction process rather than a general custom-shape option.
