Custom Event Tickets & Vouchers with Loose Sheet, Book & Pad Finishing
Order event ticket printing in Malaysia for concerts, dinners, seminars, exhibitions, schools, fundraisers, lucky draws and admission events. This product also suits gift vouchers, discount vouchers, redemption coupons and promotional tickets, with full-colour printing, perforation, serial numbering and barcode options.
Current Product Options
The revised product configuration uses Sizes, Quantity, Print Color, Paper Type, Finishing Form, Sheet Per Book/Pad, Book Finishing, Perforation Line, Required Numbering and barcode / production options. Some fields appear or disappear automatically according to the selected paper and finishing.

Current Ticket & Voucher Sizes
The new size selector currently shows these 16 sizes:

Remove the old fixed 180 × 55mm statement. It no longer matches the new selector. Artwork instructions should tell customers to use the template for the exact size selected online.
Finishing Form Rules — Easy Customer Guide
Simplest FormatLoose Sheet
Supplied as individual tickets or vouchers. Sheet Per Book/Pad and Book Finishing are hidden because they do not apply to loose sheets. Perforation may be Not Required, 1 Line, 2 Lines or 3 Lines.
Bound Ticket BookBook Form
Book Form requires a perforation line; the Not Required perforation choice is hidden. Available sheets per book and binding method depend on the selected Paper Type.
Padded SetPad Form
Where the selected Paper Type allows Pad Form, the rules allow 50pcs per pad only with Padding With White Paper Cover. 10pcs and 25pcs are hidden.
Important clarification: 10pcs / 25pcs / 50pcs are Sheet Per Book/Pad values. They do not apply to Loose Sheet because the entire Sheet Per Book/Pad field is hidden when Loose Sheet is selected.
Paper Type & Finishing Compatibility
This section follows the hide-option rules shown in the current OPS setup.

Do not say all paper types support Pad Form. The current rules specifically hide Pad Form for Art Card 210gsm, Art Card 260gsm, Art Card 310gsm and Ivory Card 250gsm.
Book Form Binding Rules
10pcs or 25pcs per BookPadding and Book Form Glueing are hidden, leaving Staple At Side With White Paper Cover. Book Form also requires 1, 2 or 3 perforation lines.
50pcs per BookStaple is hidden. Book Form hides Padding, so the remaining Book Form finishing is Book Form Glueing With White Paper Cover. This only applies to paper types that permit 50pcs.
Book Form PerforationNot Required is hidden. The customer must choose 1 Line, 2 Line or 3 Line Perforation for Book Form.
Pad Form Rules
When Pad Form is available for the selected paper, the rules hide 10pcs and 25pcs, leaving 50pcs per pad. Staple and Book Form Glueing are hidden, leaving Padding With White Paper Cover. Art Card 210gsm, Art Card 260gsm, Art Card 310gsm and Ivory Card 250gsm do not allow Pad Form.
Perforation, Numbering & Barcode
PerforationChoose Not Required, 1 Line, 2 Lines or 3 Lines. Book Form requires at least one perforation line.
Required NumberingSelect Required when sequential or variable ticket numbers are needed. Confirm starting number / repeated positions where applicable.
Code 128 BarcodeUse the barcode option for scannable Code 128 values. Supply accurate variable data and test the intended scanning workflow.
Artwork Preparation
Upload final print-ready artwork using the template for the selected size and finishing.
File Setup
- PDF preferred; AI accepted where applicable.
- CMYK colour mode.
- Approximately 300 DPI for raster images.
- Outline or embed fonts.
Safe Area
- Keep important text, serial numbers and codes about 5mm inside trim edges.
- Keep important content away from perforation lines.
- Use the selected size template for bleed and trim.
- Do not use one generic 180 × 55mm setup for all sizes.
Book / Pad Artwork
- Confirm perforation position before final export.
- Allow space for staple, padding or glued-book finishing.
- Do not place critical content where the binding / cover affects visibility.
- Follow the finishing selected by OPS after rule filtering.
Variable Data
- Use Excel or CSV where numbering / barcode data is required.
- Use one row per unique ticket.
- Preserve leading zeroes by formatting values as text.
- Check all barcode / QR data before production.

- Select Book/Pad Quantity & FinishingWhere applicable, choose the remaining 10pcs / 25pcs / 50pcs and binding option allowed by the rules.
- Add Perforation, Numbering & BarcodeBook Form requires perforation; numbering and Code 128 barcode can be added where required.
- Upload Final ArtworkUse the matching size template and include clean variable data when numbering or barcodes are required.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can Art Card 210gsm or 260gsm be made as Pad Form?
No. The current rules hide Pad Form for Art Card 210gsm and 260gsm. They can be Loose Sheet, or Book Form with 10pcs / 25pcs per book where the remaining rules permit it.
Can Ivory Card 250gsm be Pad Form?
No. Pad Form is hidden. For Book Form, 10pcs or 25pcs remain available; 50pcs is hidden.
What about Art Card 310gsm?
Pad Form is hidden, and 25pcs / 50pcs are hidden. If Book Form is selected, only 10pcs per book remains available.
Does Loose Sheet have 10pcs / 25pcs / 50pcs?
No. Loose Sheet hides the entire Sheet Per Book/Pad field. Those values are for Book/Pad configurations, not the total loose-sheet order quantity.
How many sheets are allowed in Pad Form?
Where Pad Form is allowed by the paper type, the rule leaves 50pcs per pad and Padding With White Paper Cover.
Is perforation optional for Book Form?
No. Book Form hides the Not Required option, so 1 Line, 2 Line or 3 Line Perforation must be selected.
