Available Key Folder Models

Select the correct model before preparing or uploading your artwork. Each model uses a different dieline and construction.

FKF001229 × 194 mm Model

A larger key-folder layout with its own folding, cutting and internal construction. Use only the FKF001 artwork template supplied for this model.

FKF002160 × 161 mm Model

A more compact key-folder format with a different dieline and card-holding arrangement. Use only the FKF002 artwork template supplied for this model.

Important: These are the model dimensions displayed in the online selector. Do not treat them as interchangeable finished sizes. Download or request the correct dieline before starting the artwork.

Printing and Finishing Options

Choose the printing sides and finishing according to the selected design, intended appearance and budget.

Full Colour, Single-Sided Print the designated outer or selected artwork side only.
Full Colour, Both Sides Print the outer and inner artwork areas according to the selected model template.
Matte Lamination Creates a smooth, low-glare and professional surface.
Gloss Lamination Creates a shinier surface with stronger colour vibrancy.
Front Spot UV Adds selective gloss emphasis to approved front design areas.
Die-Cut and Folded Construction The cutting, folds and card-holding features follow the selected FKF001 or FKF002 model.

Choosing Single or Double-Sided Printing
  • Choose single-sided printing when artwork is required only on the designated outer or selected side.
  • Choose double-sided printing when the inside of the folder also requires information or branding.
  • Submit the front and back artwork in the correct upload fields.
  • Do not combine front and back artwork into the wrong template panels.

Artwork Preparation Guidelines

Open the sections below before preparing or uploading your key-folder artwork.

Use the Correct Model Template
  • Select FKF001 or FKF002 before preparing the artwork.
  • Use only the template supplied for the selected model.
  • Do not resize, stretch, rotate or rebuild the dieline.
  • Do not change the cut lines, fold lines, glue areas or slot positions.
  • Artwork prepared for one model cannot automatically be used for the other model.
Bleed and Safe Area
  • Add 3 mm bleed when a background colour or image extends to the finished edge.
  • Keep important text and logos at least 3–5 mm inside the cut line.
  • Keep important content away from fold lines because folding may cause distortion or surface cracking.
  • Avoid important content in glue areas, slots and other construction zones.
  • Extend full-background images completely through the bleed area.
File and Colour Requirements
  • PDF is the preferred submission format.
  • AI artwork may also be supplied when required.
  • Use CMYK colour mode.
  • Images should be approximately 300 dpi at their final printed size.
  • Convert fonts to outlines or ensure that all fonts are correctly embedded.
  • Check that linked images are embedded before exporting the final PDF.
Before Approving Production
  • Confirm the selected FKF001 or FKF002 model.
  • Confirm single-sided or double-sided printing.
  • Confirm the paper and selected lamination option.
  • Check the logo, spelling, telephone number, website, Wi-Fi information and other guest details.
  • Check the orientation of all inner and outer panels.
  • Review the position of folds, slots, glue areas and printed elements.
  • Changes after approval may affect the price and completion date.

How to Order

  1. Select the Model Choose FKF001 or FKF002 and the required quantity.
  2. Select Printing Choose the printing sides, paper and finishing option.
  3. Upload Artwork Submit artwork prepared with the correct model template.
  4. Approve Production Printing starts after payment and final artwork confirmation.

What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order starts from 100 pieces per design. Select the required quantity using the online product options.
What key-folder models are available?
The available models are FKF001 at 229 × 194 mm and FKF002 at 160 × 161 mm. Each model has a different dieline and construction, so the correct template must be used.
Can the folder be printed on both sides?
Yes. You can select full-colour single-sided or full-colour double-sided printing. Upload the front and back artwork in the correct fields.
What paper is currently listed?
The current online product configuration shows two-side-coated Gloss Art Card 250 gsm. Check the online selector for the available paper choices when ordering.
What finishing options are available?
Current choices include front-only or double-sided matte lamination, front-only or double-sided gloss lamination, and selected matte-lamination options with front Spot UV.
How long does production take?
Standard production is approximately 3–5 working days after payment, product-option confirmation and final artwork approval.
