Large Tent Card Structure

The printed outside surface forms two visible display faces. A separate white base and support flap help the finished card stand on a flat surface.

Do not prepare the artwork as two unrelated pages. Use the production template to position both display faces and all fold areas correctly within one complete flat layout.

How “Single Sided – 2 Sides View” Works

Printed Surface One Side of the Flat Sheet

The complete outside surface is printed in full colour before folding.

First Visible Face Front Display Panel

One section becomes the first outward-facing promotional display.

Second Visible Face Opposite Display Panel

Another section becomes the printed face viewed from the opposite side.

Both display faces may contain different content, but they must be arranged correctly within the same flat outside-surface artwork.

Lamination Options

Matte Lamination – Front Gives the printed outside surface a smoother, lower-reflection appearance.
Gloss Lamination – Front Gives the printed outside surface a shinier finish with stronger reflection.
“Front” refers to the printed outside surface of the complete flat tent-card layout, not only one of the finished display faces.

White Base with Support Flap

Base White Structural Section

The base forms the lower section of the standing tent-card structure.

Support Additional Flap

The flap provides additional support when the display is set up on a suitable flat surface.

Artwork Follow the Template

Treat the base and flap as structural areas unless the production template states that printing is permitted.

Artwork Preparation Guidelines

Use the matching product template and prepare the complete outside surface as one flat layout.

Accepted Artwork Formats
  • AI, PDF or PSD files are accepted.
  • PDF is recommended for complete print-ready artwork.
  • Raster images should be at least 300 DPI at final production size.
  • Large-format artwork may create very large files, so check the final export carefully.
Use the Correct Size Template
  • Download the guideline for the selected display size.
  • Prepare both visible faces in the complete flat template.
  • Include the base, flap and fold areas exactly as shown.
  • Do not submit only one standard A3 or A2 page.
Bleed
  • Add 3mm bleed according to the official template.
  • Extend background colours and images through the bleed.
  • Do not place essential content within trimming areas.
Fold Lines and Margins
  • Clearly identify every fold line in the artwork.
  • Keep logos, text and QR codes clear of fold lines.
  • Follow the margins shown in the selected production guideline.
  • Keep fold indicators separate from printable design elements.
Colour and Fonts
  • Prepare artwork in CMYK colour mode.
  • Convert all fonts to outlines.
  • Check that linked images are embedded before exporting.
  • Screen colours may differ from printed CMYK colours.
Panel Orientation
  • Check how both panels will face after setup.
  • One display panel may appear rotated within the flat layout.
  • Produce a reduced paper mock-up before submitting artwork with different content on each face.
QR Code Preparation
  • Use a clear, high-contrast QR code.
  • Keep sufficient clear space around the code.
  • Keep it away from fold and trimming areas.
  • Test the final QR code before uploading artwork.
Basic Artwork Check
  • A basic check may cover size, margins, fold layout and colour settings.
  • The check is not a full design or proofreading service.
  • Customers remain responsible for spelling, prices, dates, links and QR-code content.
