Handle reminder: Handle length varies according to the selected bag model. The bag and handle are normally supplied in the same colour. Always refer to the current online selector for the final model-specific options.

Printing and Bag Options

This product is intended for simple one-colour logos, text and promotional graphics.

One-Colour Front Printing Print one solid colour on the designated front side.
One Colour on Both Sides Print the front and back using the selected solid colour.
Silkscreen Printing Suitable for simple logos, wording and bold graphic shapes.
Multiple Bag Colours Bag colour choices vary according to model and stock.
Selected Print Colours Choose one available solid print colour for each design.
Ultrasonic Finishing Bag panels and seams are formed using ultrasonic sealing.
Full-colour photographs, colour gradients, shadows and complex multi-colour artwork are not suitable for this one-colour product. Use a simplified solid-colour version of your logo or artwork.

Bag and Print Colour Information

Colour choices depend on the selected model and current stock.

Bag Colour Availability Not every bag colour is available for every model.
Matching Handles The handle colour normally matches the selected bag colour.
One Print Colour Select one solid print colour with suitable contrast.
Contrast Is Important Dark printing is clearer on light bags and vice versa.
Batch Variation Material colours may vary slightly between production batches.
Screen Colour Difference On-screen colours may not match fabric or ink colours exactly.

Delivery Availability

Delivery Available to West Malaysia Only

The current product configuration does not provide delivery to East Malaysia. Customers in Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan should contact Image Magic before placing an order to confirm whether an alternative arrangement is possible.

Artwork Preparation Guidelines

Open the sections below before preparing or uploading your non-woven bag artwork.

Use the Correct Bag Template
  • Select the bag model before preparing the artwork.
  • Prepare the artwork at actual size using a 1:1 scale.
  • Use the correct template for WS-B5, WS-A4, WS-A3P or WS-A3L.
  • Do not resize, stretch or alter the supplied bag template.
  • Clearly identify front and back artwork when ordering printing on both sides.
One-Colour Artwork Requirements
  • Artwork must use one solid print colour only.
  • Do not use gradients, transparency, shadows or full-colour photographs.
  • Convert all text and logos into solid vector shapes where possible.
  • Avoid very thin lines and extremely small wording.
  • Make sure the print colour has sufficient contrast against the selected bag colour.
File and Safety Requirements
  • PDF is the preferred artwork format.
  • AI files may also be supplied when required.
  • Prepare artwork in CMYK colour mode.
  • Raster images should be approximately 300 dpi at their final printing size.
  • Convert fonts to outlines or embed them correctly.
  • Keep important text, logos and key elements at least 15–20 mm away from edges, seams, sealing lines and handle areas.
Before Approving Production
  • Confirm the bag model, size and quantity.
  • Confirm the bag colour and print colour.
  • Confirm front-only or front-and-back printing.
  • Check logo spelling, contact information and artwork orientation.
  • Check that the artwork is clear of seams, handles and sealing areas.
  • Different designs cannot share one minimum quantity unless specifically quoted.
  • Changes after approval may affect pricing and the completion date.

How to Order

  1. Select the Bag Choose the model, bag colour and at least 100 pieces.
  2. Select Printing Choose front-only or front-and-back one-colour printing.
  3. Upload Artwork Submit print-ready one-colour artwork using the correct size.
  4. Approve Production Production begins after payment and final artwork approval.

Can I print a full-colour logo?
This product is intended for one solid-colour silkscreen printing. Full-colour images, photographs and gradients are not suitable for this product option.
Can the bag be printed on both sides?
Yes. You may select one-colour printing on the front only or one-colour printing on both the front and back.
How long does production take?
Standard production is approximately 5 working days for quantities from 100 to 5,000 pieces after payment, product-option confirmation and final artwork approval.
Is delivery available to East Malaysia?
The current product configuration lists delivery for West Malaysia only. Delivery to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan is not currently available through the standard option.
Are all bag colours always available?
No. Available bag colours depend on the selected model and current material stock. Colour may also vary slightly between production batches.
