Non Woven Bags: Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files for size, margins and colour settings. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before the files are sent for production.
📐 Size & Bag Structure
- Please ensure the correct Non Woven Bag size is selected when placing your order.
- Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
- Design layout should cover the front, back and side panels where applicable.
🎨 1) Artwork Preparation
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
- Colour mode: CMYK.
- Image resolution: 300dpi at actual size.
- Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
- Ensure artwork is flattened and print-ready before uploading.
⚠️ Safe Area & Stitching Allowance:
For Non Woven Bags, please keep all important text, logos and key elements at least
15–20mm away from edges, bag seams, stitching lines and handle areas. This helps avoid trimming, stitching overlap or misalignment during finishing.

- Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
- Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected bag size and specifications.

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.
- ✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
- ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
- ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.
This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.
⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off
- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery timelines.
