What Is a Sheet Sticker?

Sheet stickers are kiss-cut through the printed sticker material while the backing remains as one complete sheet. Several repeated labels or approved designs can be arranged on the same sheet, depending on the selected size, layout and ordering setup.

Printing, Shape and Lamination Options

Full Color Printing The current standard option is CMYK. Gold, silver and pearlescent bases may change the appearance of printed colours.
Rectangle, Square, Circle or Oval Select the standard shape that matches each repeated label on the sheet.
Custom Shape Supply a separate closed vector path for every custom-shaped kiss cut.

Upload the complete print-ready sheet layout. Image Magic provides printing and a basic file preflight; the customer remains responsible for the final artwork, spelling, dimensions, arrangement and cut paths.

  • Prepare colour artwork in CMYK.
  • Use approximately 300 DPI at final size for raster images.
  • Outline or embed all fonts.

Sheet Layout
  • Arrange all stickers inside the printable and safe areas.
  • Leave sufficient spacing between neighbouring kiss-cut paths.
  • Do not overlap cut paths or place them outside the permitted sheet area.
  • Keep the repeat quantity consistent with the approved order setup.
Bleed and Safe Area
  • Add 3mm bleed when printed colour reaches a sticker edge.
  • Extend each background fully through its individual bleed.
  • Keep text, barcodes and logos at least 3mm inside each cut path.
  • Do not use the sheet edge as the bleed for every individual sticker.
Kiss-Cut Lines
  • Provide one closed vector cut path for every sticker.
