Artwork Preparation Guidelines

Prepare artwork specifically for the selected 80 × 180cm poster rather than using an A-series template.

  • Extend background colours and images through the bleed area.

  • Convert fonts to outlines or embed them.
  • Embed linked images before exporting.
  • Check logos and photographs at final output size.
  • Avoid using low-resolution images enlarged from websites or messaging applications.

  • Check telephone numbers and website addresses.
  • Test QR codes from the final exported file.
  • Confirm important content is clear of the upper and lower hanger areas.
