Greaseproof Wrapping Paper Artwork Guidelines

Upload print-ready artwork. Image Magic performs a basic preflight for size, bleed, fonts and colour mode; the customer remains responsible for final design content, spelling, dimensions and packaging compliance.

Recommended File Format
  • PDF or AI is recommended.
  • Use CMYK for full-colour artwork.
  • Use approximately 300 DPI at final size for raster images.
  • Outline or embed all fonts.
  • Prepare the file at the exact selected sheet size.
Bleed and Safe Area
  • Add 3mm bleed on every edge when the background reaches the trim.
  • Keep important logos and text at least 5mm inside the trim edge.
  • Do not place essential details directly on a fold line.
  • Allow for normal trimming and folding variation.
Repeated Logo Pattern
  • Use a seamless or balanced repeated pattern.
  • Keep logos large enough to remain recognisable after folding.
  • Avoid placing all logos in only one corner.

Black-and-White Artwork
  • Prepare monochrome artwork in black or greyscale.
