The notepad combines customisable covers with ready-made grey-colour writing pages.

The current selector lists 40 sheets with grey-colour, double-sided content. It does not show a custom inner-page printing option.

Cover Printing and Finishing

The front and back covers use 260 gsm art card and can be configured according to the available cover-printing options.

Full-Colour Back Cover Choose single-sided or double-sided full-colour printing.
Inside Cover Printing Available when double-sided cover printing is selected.

Custom Branding Add supplied logos, contact information, QR codes or promotional artwork to the covers.
Black-and-white cover printing is not shown in the current direct-order options. The cover choices are full-colour printing.

Content Pages and Binding

Simili Paper 70 gsm Uncoated writing paper suitable for pens and pencils.
40 Physical Sheets Each notepad contains 40 writable paper sheets.
Grey-Colour Content The ready-made content is printed in grey.
Double-Sided Content Both sides of each sheet contain the printed writing layout.
White Wire-O Select white top Wire-O binding.
Black Wire-O Select black top Wire-O binding.
The current product does not use glued padding. Avoid describing it as a glued pad, padded notepad or tear-off pad.

The compact format is best suited to short notes, reminders, contact details and promotional giveaways rather than full-size meeting or training notes.

Artwork Preparation Guidelines

Prepare the cover artwork according to the 80 × 106 mm finished size and current cover-printing selection.

Correct Artwork Size
  • Prepare artwork at the actual finished size of 80 × 106 mm.
  • Do not use an A4, A5 or A6 notepad template.
  • Use the official product template when available.
  • Add 3 mm bleed where colours or images extend to the trimmed edge.
  • Extend full-background artwork through the bleed.
Top Wire-O Safe Area
  • Keep logos, QR codes and important text clear of the top Wire-O punching area.
  • Maintain at least 10 mm clearance from the top binding area.
  • Do not place essential information over the punching or binding zone.
  • Check the artwork orientation before submission.
Cover Artwork Files

The current upload instructions list four separate cover files:

  • PDF 1: Front cover
  • PDF 2: Inside front cover
  • PDF 3: Inside back cover
  • PDF 4: Back cover

Confirm whether blank inside covers still require placeholder files before uploading.

File and Colour Requirements
  • Accepted formats include AI, PDF, PSD and PNG.
  • PDF is recommended for final print-ready artwork.
  • Prepare artwork in CMYK colour mode.
  • Raster images should be approximately 300 dpi at the final printing size.
  • Convert fonts to outlines or embed them correctly.
Content Page Clarification
  • The current product includes 40 sheets of ready-made grey-colour content.
  • A custom inner-page artwork option is not shown in the current selector.
  • Do not promise custom ruled pages, forms, planners or branded inner sheets under the standard option.
  • Custom inner content requires separate confirmation and quotation.
Basic Technical File Check
  • Image Magic may perform a basic technical check for size, bleed, margins and print readiness.
  • The check is not a design, layout, retouching or proofreading service.
  • Customers remain responsible for spelling, telephone numbers, dates, QR codes and content.
  • Incorrect or incomplete artwork may delay the production schedule.

The current product starts from 250 books per design. Different cover designs require separate quantities.
What is the finished notepad size?
The current standard finished size is 80 × 106 mm. A4, A5 and A6 are not selectable sizes for this product.
How many sheets are included?
Each notepad contains 40 physical sheets of 70 gsm Simili paper. The content is printed on both sides.
Can I customise the inner pages?
The standard selector lists ready-made grey-colour double-sided content. Custom inner pages are not shown as a standard direct-order option.
What cover paper is used?
The front and back covers use 260 gsm art card with matte lamination on the front and back covers.
Is this a glued tear-off pad?
No. The current product uses Wire-O binding at the top. It should not be described as a glued or padded tear-off notepad.
What Wire-O colours are available?
The current selector lists white and black Wire-O binding.
How long does production take?
Standard production is six working days for quantities from 250 to 10,000 books after payment and final artwork approval. Delivery time is additional.
