Production-time correction: The current direct-order product lists three working days. Do not advertise a standard 3–5-day period or a 1–2-day express service unless a separate urgent quotation has been confirmed.

The 75 mm badge is available in the current selector even though some older page metadata mentions only 32 mm, 44 mm and 58 mm. The visible description and metadata should include all four sizes.

Printing and Badge Construction

Full-Colour Face Printing Suitable for supplied logos, photographs, illustrations and promotional graphics.
Single-Sided Artwork Printing is applied to the visible front face only.
Round Badge Shape All current direct-order models use a circular outline.
Pin-Back Construction Intended for attaching the badge to suitable clothing, fabric items or display material.
Printed Face Protection Choose the available gloss or soft-touch laminated finish.
Short-Run Ordering Order from ten pieces for each individual badge design.
This is a pin-back button badge. It should not be described as a magnetic badge, refrigerator magnet or bottle-opener magnet.

Select one of the two finishes currently available in the product calculator.

Gloss Finish Gloss Lamination

Produces a shinier surface that makes colours and photographic artwork appear more vivid.

Premium Finish Soft-Touch Lamination

Produces a smoother, lower-glare surface with a softer tactile feel.

Do not describe every badge as having a clear gloss mylar finish. Customers may choose either gloss or soft-touch lamination. Avoid guaranteeing scratch resistance unless a specific tested performance standard is available.

Design and Quantity Clarification

MOQ Applies Per Design Each individual artwork requires at least ten pieces.
Different Artwork Versions Different logos, names, colours or messages are treated as separate designs.
Variable Names Are Not Standard Personalised names or roles require separate confirmation.
Packaging Is Not Included Individual packaging is not shown as a standard option.
Online Templates Use an available template where a suitable design exists.
Design Studio Customers may create their own artwork using the online Design Studio.
Do not promise variable-data production, mixed-design quantities or individual packaging unless these have been separately quoted and confirmed.

Artwork Preparation Guidelines

Use the correct circular template for the selected badge size.

Use the Correct Badge Template
  • Select 32 mm, 44 mm, 58 mm or 75 mm before preparing the artwork.
  • Use the matching circular template for that size.
  • Do not resize one badge template to create another size.
  • Keep the artwork centred within the circular layout.
Bleed and Safe Area
  • Add 3 mm bleed around the badge edge.
  • Extend background colours and edge-to-edge images fully into the bleed.
  • Keep important text and logos at least 3 mm inside the trim line.
  • Avoid placing important circular borders too close to the cutting edge.
  • Allow for slight cutting and badge-pressing movement.
File and Colour Requirements
  • Accepted formats include PDF, AI, EPS and PNG.
  • Prepare artwork in CMYK colour mode.
  • Raster artwork should be approximately 300 dpi at the final printing size.
  • Convert fonts to outlines or embed them correctly.
  • Make sure linked images are embedded before exporting the final file.
Small Text and QR Codes
  • Keep wording short, especially on the 32 mm badge.
  • Avoid very thin lines and extremely small text.
  • Use strong contrast between artwork and wording.
  • QR codes require sufficient size and contrast.
  • Test the QR code from the final exported artwork before submitting it.
Basic Technical File Check
  • Image Magic may perform a basic technical check for size, bleed, margins and colour setup.
  • The check is not a design, layout, retouching or proofreading service.
  • Customers remain responsible for spelling, dates, names, telephone numbers and QR codes.
  • Incorrect or incomplete files may delay production.
Before Approving Production
  • Confirm the selected badge diameter.
  • Confirm the quantity for each design.
  • Confirm gloss or soft-touch lamination.
  • Check all wording, logos and contact information.
  • Confirm that important content is inside the circular safe area.
  • Confirm the required completion and delivery date.
