Stamp Colour Options

1 Color Stamp Use one selected ink colour for the complete stamp impression.
2 Color Stamp Use two ink colours within the stamp design. Make the colour allocation clear when supplying the artwork.
Artwork with Logo Select the corresponding logo option when your stamp artwork includes a company or organisation logo.

For a 1 Color Stamp, choose one ink colour for the full impression. When 2 Color Stamp is selected, follow the available second-colour option and clearly identify which artwork areas use each colour.

AE Gel Stamp Features

Pre-Inked Ink is built into the stamp, so a separate external ink pad is not required for normal use.
Refillable Compatible AE refill ink can be added when the impression becomes lighter.

Artwork Preparation Guidelines

Stamp artwork should be simple, high-contrast vector artwork prepared at the exact size of the selected AE model.

Recommended File Format
  • AI or PDF vector artwork is recommended.
  • Prepare one final flat artwork file.
  • Convert all fonts to outlines.
  • Artwork must match the exact selected AE stamp size.
Black & White Artwork
  • Prepare the production artwork in black and white.
  • Use solid artwork rather than photographs, gradients or shadows.
  • The actual stamp ink colour is selected separately in the product options.
Minimum Text & Line Size
  • Use approximately 6pt or larger text where practical.
  • Use line thickness of approximately 0.3pt or greater for reliable reproduction.
  • Avoid very fine details and tightly spaced lettering.
Logo Artwork
Simple vector logos with clear solid shapes reproduce best. Fine gradients, photographs, shadows and complex texture effects are unsuitable for normal stamp artwork.
2 Colour Stamp Artwork
When ordering a 2 Color Stamp, clearly identify which design elements belong to each selected ink colour. If the colour separation is not obvious from your file, confirm the required colour allocation before production.
Signature Artwork
Supply a clean, high-contrast signature with sufficient line thickness. Very light, broken or extremely fine signature strokes may need to be simplified.
Multiple Designs
  • The selected quantity applies to each design.
  • Different stamp artworks should be ordered as separate items.
  • Additional designs using the same specification and quantity may be added separately.
Artwork Submission
  • Upload one final artwork file per order item.
  • Complete artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM for the applicable production schedule.
  • A basic technical check is performed for size, margins and suitability for stamp production.
