Heavy-Duty Self-Inking Stamp for Frequent Daily Use

COLOP Heavy Duty Stamps are designed for customers who stamp documents repeatedly throughout the working day. The self-inking mechanism automatically re-inks the custom rubber text plate between impressions, making it practical for busy offices, accounts departments, warehouses, logistics counters and administrative work.

Select the exact model required before preparing your artwork. The seven Heavy Duty models have different imprint areas and functions, including standard text stamps, date stamps, numbering stamps and a round date-and-time model.

S2600 Standard Text Stamp
S2600 – Rectangular Heavy Duty Stamp Current calculator: 36 × 57mm
COLOP reference: approximately 37 × 58mm Standard heavy-duty text stamp without a built-in date or numbering mechanism. Suitable for company details, addresses, approval wording, logos and repeated office information. Use the S2600 artwork template selected in the calculator.
S2660 Date Stamp
S2660 – Rectangular Stamp with Date Current calculator: 35 × 56mm
Function: Adjustable date + custom text Heavy-duty date stamp combining an adjustable date mechanism with customised text around the date. Suitable for received, approved, processed and document-control applications. Keep the centre date mechanism clear when preparing artwork.
S2800 Large Text Stamp
S2800 – Large Rectangular Heavy Duty Stamp Current calculator: 47 × 66mm
COLOP reference: approximately 49 × 68mm Larger standard text-stamp model providing more room for company information, multi-line wording, departmental details or a suitable logo. Best for artwork requiring more information than the S2600.
S2860 Large Date Stamp
S2860 – Large Rectangular Stamp with Date Current calculator: 47 × 66mm
Function: Adjustable date + larger custom-text area Large-format date model for applications requiring an adjustable date together with substantial custom wording, company details or approval information. Use the dedicated S2860 template because the date occupies part of the imprint area.
R2045/UZ Date & Time Stamp
R2045/UZ – Round Date & Time Stamp            Current calculator: Ø40mm
Function: Adjustable date + time indication Special round Heavy Duty model for recording date and time together with customised surrounding information. Suitable for receiving counters, document processing and time-sensitive records. Use only the R2045/UZ round artwork guideline.
S2008/P Numbering Stamp
S2008/P – Numbering Stamp with Custom Text Current calculator: 29 × 57mm
Function: Number bands + custom text Heavy-duty numbering model combining manually adjustable number bands with a customised rubber text area. Suitable for reference numbers, tracking numbers, batch numbers and document-control applications. Do not prepare artwork across the number-band area.
S2010/P Numbering Stamp
 
S2010/P – Numbering Stamp with Custom Text Current calculator: 29 × 57mm
Function: Number bands + custom text Heavy-duty numbering stamp for applications requiring adjustable numbers together with customised text. Select this model according to the required numbering configuration. S2008/P and S2010/P are separate models; use the exact template matching the model selected in your order.
Important: Models with the same or similar overall imprint size are not interchangeable. Date, time and numbering mechanisms occupy part of the available stamping area. Always select the exact model in the calculator before preparing or uploading artwork.
Artwork warning: For S2660, S2860, R2045/UZ, S2008/P and S2010/P, do not place custom text or logos over the mechanical date, time or number area shown in the corresponding template.

Text, Logo and Signature Artwork

Text-Only Stamp

Suitable for company names, addresses, approval wording, department names and commonly repeated office text.

Stamp with Logo

Suitable logos can be included when supplied as clean, high-contrast artwork. Select the corresponding Artwork with Logo option.

Signature Artwork

A clear scanned signature may be submitted, but it should be converted into clean black-and-white artwork suitable for rubber-stamp reproduction.

Photographs, colour images, gradients, shadows and very fine details are unsuitable for normal one-colour rubber-stamp production.

Artwork Preparation Guidelines

Heavy-duty stamps require simple, clear artwork so the rubber plate can reproduce the information cleanly.

Recommended File Format
  • AI or PDF vector artwork is recommended.
  • Prepare one final artwork file for each stamp.
  • Artwork must match the selected stamp size.
  • Convert all text to outlines before saving.
Black-and-White Artwork Only
  • Prepare artwork in solid black and white.
  • Do not use greyscale.
  • Do not use gradients.
  • Do not use shadows or transparency.
  • Black artwork represents the areas that will stamp.
Text and Line Thickness
  • Recommended minimum text size is approximately 6pt.
  • Minimum line thickness is approximately 0.3pt.
  • Slightly thicker lines are preferable for designs intended for frequent use.
  • Leave sufficient spacing between text lines.
Logo Artwork
  • Vector logo artwork is strongly recommended.
  • Simplify very detailed logos where necessary.
  • Small reversed text and extremely fine lines may not reproduce clearly.
  • Select Artwork with Logo when the submitted design includes a logo.
Basic Artwork Check
  • Image Magic may perform a basic check for stamp size, clarity, line thickness and readability.
  • Minor technical adjustments may be required for suitable stamp production.
  • Customers remain responsible for names, company numbers, wording and spelling.
Artwork Submission Timing
  • Upload complete artwork before 5:00 PM where possible.
  • Late or unsuitable artwork may affect the production schedule.
  • If artwork is uploaded later, include the order number with the submission.

How to Order

  1. Select the Size Choose the stamp size available in the calculator.
  2. Select the Ink Choose Black, Blue, Red, Purple or Green.
  3. Confirm Logo Option Select whether the supplied stamp artwork contains a logo.
  4. Upload Artwork Submit clean black-and-white vector artwork.

Does production time include delivery?
No. Allow collection or courier delivery time separately after production.
