Custom size enquiries: A different size may require a separate quotation and production review. Custom sizing is not treated as a standard direct-order option until its structure, artwork and collection requirements have been confirmed.

No Parcel Courier Standard nationwide parcel courier delivery is not available because of the product size and risk of damage.

Arrange a Suitable Vehicle Ensure the collection vehicle can safely accommodate the selected bag size and quantity.

Artwork Preparation Guidelines

Open the sections below before preparing or uploading your giant paper bag artwork.

Prepare Artwork at Actual Size
  • Prepare artwork at actual size using a 1:1 scale.
  • Select the correct 500 mm or 900 mm width option before starting the artwork.
  • Use the official template for the selected bag size.
  • Include the front, back, side and base panels where shown on the template.
  • Do not resize, rotate, stretch or rebuild the supplied dieline.
  • Do not alter cut lines, fold lines, handle areas, glue areas or base construction.
Safe Area and Folding Allowance
  • Keep important text, logos and key elements at least 15–20 mm away from outer edges.
  • Keep important content at least 15–20 mm away from fold lines.
  • Keep important artwork clear of the handle area.
  • Keep important content away from the bottom base and folding sections.
  • Extend edge-to-edge backgrounds fully through the bleed area shown on the template.
File and Colour Requirements
  • PDF is the preferred upload format.
  • AI artwork may also be supplied when required.
  • Prepare all printed artwork in CMYK colour mode.
  • Images should be approximately 300 dpi at actual printing size.
  • Convert fonts to outlines or ensure that all fonts are correctly embedded.
  • Flatten the final print-ready artwork before upload.
  • Place multiple related files in one ZIP archive rather than uploading them separately.
Before Approving Production
  • Confirm the correct 500 × 220 × 700 mm or 900 × 220 × 700 mm size.
  • Confirm the quantity, lamination and rope options.
  • Check logos, spelling, contact information and artwork orientation.
  • Review every front, back, side and base panel.
  • Confirm that important content is safely positioned away from folds, handles and edges.
  • Confirm that you can arrange self-collection using a suitable vehicle.
  • Changes after approval may affect pricing and completion time.
