Artwork Preparation Guidelines

Open the sections below before preparing or uploading your full-colour rPET bag artwork.

Use the Correct Bag Size
  • Select B5, A4 or A3L before preparing the artwork.
  • Prepare artwork at actual printing size using a 1:1 scale.
  • Use the official printing template or printable area supplied for the selected model.
  • Do not assume the entire bag surface can be printed.
  • Clearly identify the front and back artwork.
Safe Area and Positioning
  • Keep text, logos and important artwork at least 20 mm away from the outer edges.
  • Keep important content clear of handles, seams and ultrasonic sealing areas.
  • Do not place small text over uneven or folded areas.
  • Check that the artwork is centred within the confirmed printable area.
  • Fine details may reproduce differently on non-woven material than on smooth paper.
File and Colour Requirements
  • Accepted formats include AI, PDF, PSD and PNG.
  • PDF is recommended for print-ready vector artwork.
  • Prepare the artwork in CMYK colour mode.
  • Raster images should be approximately 300 dpi at their final printing size.
  • Convert fonts to outlines or embed them correctly.
  • A transparent background is recommended when the artwork should not include a rectangular background.
Front and Back Artwork
  • Supply separate clearly labelled front and back artwork where the designs differ.
  • Check the orientation of both sides carefully.
  • Confirm whether the same artwork or different artwork is required on each side.
  • Make sure both files use the same selected bag size.
  • Keep important details within the approved printing area on both sides.

  • Check the front and back artwork orientation.
  • Check logos, spelling, telephone numbers, websites and QR codes.
  • Check that important content is at least 20 mm away from edges and construction areas.

Product Appearance
  • Non-woven material has a visible surface texture.
  • Printed colours may appear different from colours displayed on a backlit monitor.
  • Very small text and extremely fine details may not reproduce as clearly as on smooth paper.
  • Minor material and colour variation may occur between production batches.
