The 260 × 70mm measurement refers to the flat printed sleeve. It does not describe a cup diameter, circumference or cup-ounce capacity.

Cup shapes, tapers and diameters vary between cup suppliers. Check the sleeve template against your actual cup before placing a bulk order.

Step 1 Download the Template

Use the official 260 × 70mm cup-sleeve guideline rather than creating a plain rectangular file.

Step 2 Compare with the Cup

Confirm that the assembled sleeve sits at the required height and position on the actual cup.

Step 3 Test Before Bulk Printing

For repeat or high-volume orders, create a paper mock-up or request a fit check before confirming production.

This is not described as a universal sleeve for every cup size. Do not select the product based only on a cup’s stated ounce capacity.

Printing and Finishing

Full Colour – Single Sided The visible outside surface is printed in full colour. Reverse-side printing is not included.
Matte Lamination A matte laminated finish is applied to the printed surface. Gloss or unlaminated choices are not part of the current selector.
The material is 250gsm art card. The sleeve adds a paper layer between the hand and cup, but handling comfort still depends on cup fit, cup material and beverage temperature.

Artwork Preparation Guidelines

Use the official 260 × 70mm product template and prepare one complete single-sided sleeve layout.

Accepted File Formats
  • PDF is recommended for final print artwork.
  • AI and PSD files are also listed as accepted.
  • Outline or embed all fonts before submission.
  • Include linked images when submitting source files.
Artwork Size
  • Prepare artwork at the exact selected 260 × 70mm size.
  • Use the official shape and layout template.
  • Incorrect dimensions may cause trimming, alignment or fit problems.
Single-Sided Layout
  • Prepare one complete outside-surface artwork file.
  • Upload it through the Artwork – Front Page field.
  • Reverse-side artwork is not required for this product.
Bleed and Safe Area
  • Add 3mm bleed where the background extends to a trimmed edge.
  • Extend background colours and images through the bleed.
  • Keep important text and logos at least 5mm inside trim and template finishing areas.
  • Avoid thin borders close to the cutting edge.
Fold and Template Guides
  • Keep fold indicators in a separate guide layer.
  • Do not allow guide lines to print as part of the final design.
  • Keep important text and logos clear of marked fold or assembly areas.
  • Check the final visible front area after assembly.
Colour and Resolution
  • Prepare artwork in CMYK.
  • Use images at approximately 300 DPI at final size.
  • RGB screen colours may change when converted for printing.
  • Avoid low-resolution images copied from websites or messaging applications.
Logo Placement
  • Position the main logo within the sleeve’s visible front section.
  • Allow for the curve created when the sleeve is assembled around a cup.
  • Avoid placing small text where it may wrap away from the main viewing angle.
  • Test the layout using a paper mock-up.
Multiple Designs
  • The minimum quantity applies to each design.
  • One quantity cannot be divided among several different sleeve artworks.
  • Add another order item for a different design.
Basic Artwork Check
  • A basic check may cover size, margins, colour and template alignment.
  • It is not a complete design or proofreading service.
  • Customers remain responsible for spelling, prices, contact details and QR codes.
