Standard Name Cards with Express or Economy Production

Print professional 90 × 54mm business cards from 100 pieces per design. Choose full-colour printing on one or both sides, 250gsm art card, optional double-sided lamination and sharp or rounded corners.

Earlier Production Express Print — 1 Working Day

Suitable for customers requiring an earlier production schedule for meetings, events, new employees or urgent replacement cards.

  • Select Express Print in the Production Time field.
  • Complete print-ready artwork is important.
  • Allow delivery or collection time separately.
Planned Order Economy Print — 3 Working Days

Suitable for planned staff orders, company-wide printing and customers who do not require the one-day schedule.

  • Select Economy Print in the Production Time field.
  • Suitable for advance ordering.
  • Allow delivery or collection time separately.
Express and Economy describe the production schedule. Do not describe one as digital printing and the other as offset printing unless that difference is explicitly confirmed in the product configuration.

Printing Options

Full-Colour Single-Sided Print the main business-card face in full colour.
Full-Colour Double-Sided Use the front and back for contact information, appointments, QR codes or branding.
Quantity Per Design The selected quantity applies to one artwork version.
When employee names, job titles, telephone numbers or email addresses change, each version should be treated as a separate design unless a personalised-data order has been confirmed separately.

Lamination Options

Lamination is optional. The available laminated choices are applied to both sides.

Natural Surface No Lamination

Keeps the standard art-card surface without an additional laminated film.

Lower Glare Double-Sided Matte Lamination

Gives both sides a smoother and less reflective finish.

Shiny Surface Double-Sided Gloss Lamination

Gives both sides a more reflective and glossy appearance.

Spot UV, foil stamping and other specialty finishes are not part of this Standard Business Card configuration.

Corner Options

Sharp Corners Traditional rectangular business-card finishing.
Rounded Corners Select rounded corners for a softer card outline.
Same Card Size Both corner choices use the standard 90 × 54mm format.
The current selector does not state that rounded corners require an additional one or two working days. Remove that claim unless your production settings specifically add extra time.

Artwork Preparation Guidelines

Submit complete print-ready artwork matching the selected printing sides.

Finished Size and Bleed
  • Finished card size: 90 × 54mm.
  • Add 3mm bleed on every side.
  • Extend background colours and images through the bleed area.
  • Do not place essential content inside the bleed.
Safe Area
  • Keep names, logos and contact details at least 5mm inside the trimming edge.
  • Avoid thin borders positioned close to the edge.
  • Keep QR codes clear of trimming and corner areas.
File Requirements
  • Accepted formats include PDF, AI and PSD.
  • PDF is recommended for final print-ready files.
  • Prepare printed artwork in CMYK colour mode.
  • Images should be approximately 300 DPI at final size.
  • Convert fonts to outlines or embed them correctly.
Single- and Double-Sided Files
  • Upload one complete face for single-sided printing.
  • Upload clearly labelled front and back artwork for double-sided printing.
  • Check the front and back orientation before submission.
