This product is supplied flat. Folding, creasing and booklet finishing are not included.

An uncoated paper option suitable for lightweight flyers, notices and documents that may require handwriting.

Other Paper Options Follow the Live Paper Type Menu

Availability may depend on the selected size. The paper name and gsm shown in the calculator should be treated as the final specification.

Do not state 100gsm Simili or advertise 128gsm and 157gsm Art Paper until those exact dropdown values have been confirmed.

Standard and Same-Day Production

Applies after the order and complete print-ready artwork have been accepted for production.

Selected Locations Only Same-Day Option

The calculator provides a separate same-day field for eligible orders in KL and Selangor only.

Same-day completion is not automatic. It depends on the selected size, quantity, paper, artwork readiness and confirmed order schedule. Collection or delivery time is separate.

Artwork Preparation Guidelines

Express production requires complete print-ready artwork.

Recommended File Format

PDF is the preferred print-ready format.
AI files may also be submitted.
Place multiple related files into one ZIP file where necessary.
Outline or embed all fonts.

Artwork Size

Artwork dimensions must match the selected flyer size exactly.
Do not resize an A5 file to A4 during ordering.
Incorrect sizing may cause trimming or alignment problems.

Bleed and Safe Area

Add 3mm bleed on every side when a background extends to the edge.
Extend background colours and images completely through the bleed.
Keep important text and logos 3–5mm inside the trimming edge.
Avoid thin borders positioned close to the edge.

Colour and Resolution

Prepare full-colour artwork in CMYK.
Use approximately 300 DPI images at final size.
Screen colours may differ from printed colours.
Black-and-white artwork should be prepared according to the selected print option.

Single- and Both-Sided Files

Upload the front file for single-sided printing.
Upload clearly labelled front and back files for both-sided printing.
Check the back-page orientation before submission.

Artwork Submission Time

Upload complete artwork before 5:00 PM for standard express processing.
Late, incomplete or incorrect files may affect the production schedule.
Include the order number when submitting artwork after checkout.

Multiple Designs

The minimum quantity applies to each design.
One selected quantity cannot be split among several different artworks.
Use Add Item for different artworks with the same specification and quantity.

Basic Artwork Check

A basic check may cover size, margins, bleed and colour setup.
It is not a design, layout, content-editing or proofreading service.
Customers remain responsible for spelling, prices, dates, contact details and QR codes.
