Custom CD Jacket Folder Printing for Professional Disc Packaging
Present CDs or DVDs in a professionally printed card jacket with your album artwork, event branding, photographs, track listing, instructions or corporate content.
Choose FCD 001 or FCD 004, order 250–1,000 pieces per design, and select your paper weight, printing sides, lamination, optional front Spot UV and transparent CD seal.
Choose the Correct CD Jacket Model
Each model has a different flat artwork size. Select the model first, then prepare the file using its official dieline.
160 × 503 mm flat model size. Use the official FCD 001 template for its complete panel, fold, cut and glue layout.
160 × 384 mm flat model size. Use the official FCD 004 template for its complete panel, fold, cut and glue layout.

Paper, Printing and Presentation Choices
A lighter two-side-coated card for practical promotional and event distribution.

The heaviest listed option for a more rigid printed jacket.

Suitable Uses
Artwork Preparation Guidelines
Open each section before uploading artwork. The chosen model and its official template must match.
Use the matching model template
- Select FCD 001 or FCD 004 before preparing artwork.
- Use the official dieline for that exact model.
- Do not resize, rotate, stretch or rebuild the supplied cut, fold, tab, glue or disc-holding areas.
Bleed and safe area
- Extend edge-to-edge backgrounds through the bleed area shown on the template.
- Allow approximately 3 mm bleed where indicated by the official dieline.
- Keep logos, small text and important details inside the safe area and away from folds, cut edges, slots and glue tabs.
File and colour requirements
- PDF is preferred; AI or PSD may be supplied when required.
- Use CMYK colour mode and approximately 300 dpi images at final size.
- Convert fonts to outlines or embed them correctly, and embed all linked images.
Final artwork check
- Confirm the model, quantity, paper, printing sides, lamination, Spot UV and seal selection.
- Check panel orientation after folding and proofread all names, track listings, dates and contact details.
- Keep the dieline on a separate non-printing layer when exporting the final file.

Which folder models are available?

What are the artwork sizes?
FCD 001 uses a 160 × 503 mm flat model size, while FCD 004 uses a 160 × 384 mm flat model size.
Can I print on both sides?
Yes. Choose full-colour single-sided or full-colour both-sided printing.

Two-side-coated Gloss Art Card is available in 250gsm, 310gsm and 360gsm.

Choose front-only or both-sided matte or gloss lamination. Selected matte options also include front Spot UV.

Yes. Select a transparent OPP seal measuring approximately 20 × 15 mm, or choose Not Required.
