Upload Artwork (CD Jacket Folders)

CD Jacket Folders: Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files for size, margins, colour setup and print readiness. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made where necessary before the files are sent directly for production.

📐 1) Size & Layout

  • Please ensure the artwork size matches the selected CD jacket folder size.
  • Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
  • Keep important text and logos away from fold lines and edges.
  • Allow sufficient margins to avoid trimming or folding issues.

📄 2) Single-Sided / Double-Sided Print

  • Single-sided print:
    Only the Artwork – Front upload button will be available.
  • Double-sided print:
    Both Artwork – Front and Artwork – Back upload buttons will be available.
  • Please ensure front and back artwork files are uploaded correctly according to your selected option.

🎨 3) Artwork & Colour Setup

  • Recommended format: PDF (preferred), AI or high-resolution JPG.
  • Colour mode: CMYK.
  • Recommended image resolution: 300dpi.
  • Convert all fonts to outlines or embed fonts.
  • Avoid very thin lines or small text near folds.

⬆️ 4) Artwork Upload

  • Please upload one (1) final artwork file per side.
  • Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size and print option.

📦 Multiple Files? Please Upload as ZIP

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.

  • ✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
  • ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
  • ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.

This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.

⏳ 5) Artwork Upload Cut-Off

  • Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
  • Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send your files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.
