Size correction: The current selector presents the small model as 165 × 178 mm. Always use the official template rather than creating a generic rectangle from the finished dimensions.
Custom die-cut shapes are not part of the standard online product. A shape outside the five listed models requires a separate quotation and technical review.

Printing, Lamination and Assembly

Full-Colour Front Printing Suitable for supplied logos, photographs, illustrations and campaign artwork.
Full-Colour Back Printing The reverse side is also printed in full colour.
Matte Lamination Applied to both sides for a smoother, lower-glare finish.
Gloss Lamination Applied to both sides for a shinier surface.
Model-Specific Die Cutting The printed card is cut according to the selected model.
Fan-Handle Mechanism The cut fan card is assembled with the included handle.
Single-sided printing is not shown in the current Economy product selector. The standard direct-order configuration is full-colour printing on both sides.

Factory Production and Delivery Timing

Allow sufficient time for production and delivery before the event date.

5–6 Working-Day Production The production period begins after payment and final artwork approval.
Delivery Time Is Additional Courier or dispatch transit is not included in the factory production period.
Wait for Ready Confirmation Do not arrange collection until the completed order has been confirmed as ready.
Allow an Event Buffer Avoid scheduling delivery on the same day as the event.
Check Shipping Availability Delivery destination and charges should follow the available checkout options.
Urgent Orders Use Express Select the Express product when the Economy schedule is too close to the required date.

Artwork Preparation Guidelines

Submit complete print-ready front and back artwork using the exact template for the selected model.

Use the Correct Model Template
  • Select PFS001, PFS002, PFS003, PFM001 or PFL001.
  • Use only the official template for that model.
  • Do not resize, stretch, rotate or rebuild the supplied outline.
  • Do not move the cutting line or handle area.
  • Artwork prepared for one model cannot automatically be used for another model.
Bleed and Safe Area
  • Add 3 mm bleed around all required outer edges.
  • Extend backgrounds and edge-to-edge images fully through the bleed.
  • Keep important text, logos, faces and QR codes at least 10 mm away from the cutting edge.
  • Keep important content clear of the handle and assembly area.
File and Colour Requirements
  • Accepted formats include AI, PDF and PSD.
  • PDF is recommended for print-ready artwork.
  • Prepare artwork in CMYK colour mode.
  • Raster images should be approximately 300 dpi at the final printing size.
  • Convert fonts to outlines or embed them correctly.
  • Clearly label the front and back artwork.
Basic Technical File Check
  • Image Magic may perform a basic technical check for size, bleed, margins and print readiness.
  • The check is not a design, layout, retouching or proofreading service.
  • Customers remain responsible for spelling, dates, prices, telephone numbers and QR codes.
  • Incorrect or incomplete files may delay the factory production schedule.
Before Approving Production
  • Confirm the selected fan model.
  • Confirm the quantity for each design.
  • Confirm matte or gloss lamination.
  • Check the front and back artwork orientation.
  • Test all QR codes using the final exported file.
  • Confirm the production and estimated delivery timing before an event deadline.

How to Order Economy Hand Fans

  1. Select the Model Choose PFS001, PFS002, PFS003, PFM001 or PFL001.
  2. Select the Quantity Order at least 50 pieces for each individual design.
  3. Upload Artwork Submit print-ready front and back artwork using the template.
  4. Allow Production Time Factory production begins after payment and final approval.

Is printing included on both sides?

Does Image Magic prepare the design?
No. Customers must submit print-ready artwork using the correct fan template. A basic file check is not a design or proofreading service.
