Four-panel format for longer menus, schedules and information-heavy layouts.

Artwork Preparation Guidelines

Submit complete print-ready artwork matching the selected open-sheet size, printing sides and folding option.

File Format and Layout
  • PDF is the recommended print-ready format.
  • AI files may also be submitted.
  • Prepare each printed side as one continuous long layout.
  • Artwork must match the exact selected open-sheet dimensions.
  • Do not submit individual panels as unrelated files.
Bleed and Safe Area
  • Add 3mm bleed on every side when the background reaches the trimmed edge.
  • Extend colours and photographs completely through the bleed.
  • Keep important text and logos at least 3–5mm from the cutting edge.
  • Keep important content clear of all fold lines.
Panel and Folding Layout
  • Select the fold before completing the final design.
  • Confirm the front panel, back panel and inner-panel sequence.
  • Use the official template for the selected fold.
  • Do not assume every folding panel has an identical width.
  • Avoid placing text directly on a fold line.
Colour, Resolution and Fonts
  • Prepare colour artwork in CMYK.
  • Images should be approximately 300 DPI at final size.
  • Convert fonts to outlines or embed them correctly.
  • Include all linked images and required supporting files.
  • Combine multiple supporting files into one ZIP file where necessary.
Multiple Designs
  • The minimum quantity applies to each individual design.
  • Different artworks require their own selected quantities.
  • Additional artworks may be added only when every job uses the same specifications and quantity.
  • One quantity cannot be divided among several different designs.
Before Uploading
  • Confirm the selected long brochure size.
  • Confirm one-sided or two-sided printing.
  • Confirm the required folding style.
  • Check the panel and reading order.
  • Check all prices, dates and contact details.
  • Upload before 5:00 PM for express processing.

How to Order Express Long Brochures
