Custom Pennant & Bunting Flaglines for Events, Promotions & Festive Displays

Order custom flagline printing in Malaysia for store openings, roadshows, festive decorations, school events, campaigns, retail promotions and celebrations. Each flagline is a complete string set made from multiple printed flags attached to a white nylon string and supplied ready to hang.

To order, first choose the individual flag size, then select how many complete string sets you need, the flag shape, the number of flags on each string, display environment and material.

How the Flagline Order Works

The two quantities are different. Number of String Sets tells us how many complete flaglines you are buying, while Flags Per String tells us how many individual flags are attached to each string.

Step 1Choose Number of String Sets

Example: selecting 5 means you are ordering 5 complete flagline strings. The current minimum order is 5 sets.

Step 2Choose Flags Per String

Select 6, 8, 9 or 12 flags on each string. This does not change the number of complete string sets ordered.

You receive 5 separate strings. Each string has 6 flags, giving 30 printed flags in total across the order.

Current Flagline Product Options

Flag Size	Choose one of the current standard sizes: A5, A4, 8" × 10.4" or 12" × 13.5". All flags within the same string set should use the same dimensions.
Number of String Sets	Current minimum order: 5 complete string sets. This is the number of finished flagline strings you will receive.
Artwork Design	The current calculator shows Same Design. This means the selected artwork is repeated on the flags according to the chosen string configuration.
Flag Shape	Triangular, Rectangle or Custom Shape.
Flags Per String	6, 8, 9 or 12 flags in one complete string set.
Display Environment	Select the current Usage Environment before choosing material. The current screenshot default is Indoor Usage.
Material	The material list follows the selected usage environment. The current Indoor Usage example shows Artpaper 150gsm. Use the live Material Type selector for the final available material.
Printing	Current option: Front View and Back View.
String	Nylon White String, 0.5mm thickness.
Production Time	5–6 Working Days on the current product configuration. Delivery or collection time is separate.

Shape and size: current downloadable guidelines are available for both Rectangle and Triangular versions of these standard sizes. For Custom Shape orders, prepare a clean vector cut path within the selected flag size.

Indoor or Outdoor Flagline?

Choose Usage Environment before choosing the material so the calculator can show the appropriate material options for that application.

Indoor DisplaysThe current default configuration is Indoor Usage with Artpaper 150gsm. Suitable for events, retail displays, celebrations and temporary indoor decoration.

Outdoor DisplaysIf Outdoor Usage is available in the live selector, choose it first and then select only the material options shown by the calculator.

Ready to HangEach completed string set is supplied assembled on white 0.5mm nylon string for easier installation.

Flagline Artwork Guidelines

Upload final print-ready artwork matching the selected flag size and shape.

Recommended File Format

PDF preferred; AI also recommended.
Prepare artwork at actual size, 1:1 scale.
Use CMYK colour mode.
Flatten artwork where appropriate.

Resolution & Fonts

150–300 DPI at actual size.
Use high-resolution logos and graphics.
Outline or embed all fonts.
Avoid low-resolution screenshots.

Bleed & Safe Area

Use approximately 5mm bleed around the flag artwork.
Keep important text, logos and key elements approximately 30–50mm from edges where stitching, hemming and rope attachment occur.
Keep important content away from the top rope area.
Extend backgrounds through the bleed.

Same Design Orders

The current Design selector shows Same Design.
Use one final artwork for the selected repeating design.
All flags on the same order item must use the same selected dimensions.
Use a separate order item when specifications differ.

Custom Shape Artwork

Provide a clean vector cut path.
Avoid very small points and fragile narrow sections.
Keep logos and text comfortably inside the cut line.
Confirm the selected size before export.

Uploading Artwork

Upload one final artwork file per order item.
Use a ZIP file when linked/supporting files are required.
Current upload cut-off is 5:00 PM.
Late artwork may affect the production schedule.
