Flaglines: Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files for size, margins, and colour settings. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before the files are sent directly for production.
📐 Size Selection
- Please ensure the correct flag size is selected when placing your order.
- Artwork must be prepared in actual size (1:1 scale).
- All flags within the same line must use the same dimensions.
🎨 1) Artwork Preparation
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
- Colour mode: CMYK.
- Image resolution: 150–300dpi at actual size.
- Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
- Ensure artwork is flattened and print-ready.
⚠️ Safe Area & Stitching Allowance:
Flaglines require stitching, edge hemming, and rope attachment. Please keep all important text, logos, and key elements at least
30–50mm away from all edges to prevent content from being hidden or trimmed.
✅ Design Tip:
If your flagline contains multiple repeated designs, ensure spacing between each flag is consistent. Avoid placing important text too close to the top where the rope passes through.
⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload
- Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
- Artwork must match the selected size and flagline specification.

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.
- ✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
- ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
- ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.
This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.
⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off Time
- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
