Size correction: The current selector displays the small model as 165 × 178 mm. Do not prepare a generic 178 × 165 mm rectangle. Download or request the exact template for the selected model.

Printing, Lamination and Assembly

Full-Colour Front Printing Print branding, photographs, illustrations or campaign artwork on the front.
Full-Colour Back Printing The reverse side is also printed in full colour.
Matte Lamination Applied to the front and back for a smoother, lower-glare appearance.
Gloss Lamination Applied to the front and back for a shinier surface.
Model-Specific Die Cutting The fan card is cut according to the selected model.
Black Handle Mechanism The printed fan card is assembled with a black handle.
Custom shapes are not a standard selectable option on this direct-order product. A shape outside PFS001, PFS002, PFS003, PFM001 or PFL001 requires a separate quotation and technical review.

Artwork Preparation Guidelines

Express production requires complete, print-ready artwork using the exact selected model template.

Use the Correct Model Template
  • Select PFS001, PFS002, PFS003, PFM001 or PFL001 before preparing the artwork.
  • Use only the official template for the selected model.
  • Do not resize, stretch, rotate or rebuild the supplied cutting outline.
  • Do not move the handle opening or assembly area.
  • Artwork prepared for one model cannot automatically be used for another model.
Bleed and Safe Area
  • Add 3 mm bleed around all required outer edges.
  • Extend background colours and images fully through the bleed area.
  • Keep logos, faces, QR codes and important text at least 10 mm away from the cutting edge.
  • Keep important artwork clear of the handle and assembly area.
  • Allow for slight cutting and assembly movement during finishing.
File and Colour Requirements
  • Accepted artwork formats include AI, PDF and PSD.
  • PDF is recommended for final print-ready artwork.
  • Prepare printed artwork in CMYK colour mode.
  • Raster images should be approximately 300 dpi at the final printing size.
  • Convert fonts to outlines or embed them correctly.
  • Clearly identify the front and back artwork.
Cut Line Requirements
  • Retain the supplied model cut line on a separate, clearly labelled layer.
  • Do not print the cut line as part of the artwork.
  • Do not create a different custom cutting shape unless a separate custom quotation has been approved.
  • For an approved custom-cut project, supply the required vector cut line according to the confirmed production instructions.
Basic Technical File Check
  • Image Magic may perform a basic technical check for size, bleed, margins and colour setup.
  • The technical check is not a design, layout, retouching or proofreading service.
  • Customers remain responsible for spelling, dates, prices, telephone numbers and QR codes.
  • Files requiring correction may not qualify for the original express completion schedule.
Before Approving Production
  • Confirm the selected fan model.
  • Confirm the quantity for each individual design.
  • Confirm matte or gloss lamination on both sides.
  • Check the front and back artwork orientation.
  • Test QR codes using the final exported artwork.
  • Confirm that all important content is clear of the cut and handle areas.
  • Confirm the required date before submitting a time-sensitive order.

How to Order Express Hand Fans

  1. Select the Model Choose PFS001, PFS002, PFS003, PFM001 or PFL001.
  2. Select the Quantity Order at least 10 pieces for each individual design.
  3. Upload Artwork Submit print-ready front and back artwork using the template.
  4. Approve Production The 1–2-day schedule starts after payment and final approval.

What is the Express minimum order?
The current Express product selector starts from 10 pieces per design. Different artworks require separate quantities.
How long does Express production take?
The current selector lists approximately 1–2 working days after payment, product confirmation and final artwork approval. Delivery or collection time is additional.
Is same-day completion guaranteed?
No. Same-day completion is not the standard product specification. The current listed production period is 1–2 working days.
What material is used?
The current product uses 360 gsm gloss art card with matte or gloss lamination on the front and back.
Is printing included on both sides?
Yes. The current Express configuration includes full-colour printing on both sides.
Are custom shapes available online?
The standard direct-order product uses five ready-made models. A different custom shape requires a separate quotation and technical review.
What is the difference between Express and Economy?
Express starts from 10 pieces with approximately 1–2 working days' production. Economy starts from 50 pieces with approximately 5–6 working days' production and is intended for a lower unit cost.
Does Image Magic prepare the design?
No. Customers must submit print-ready artwork using the correct fan template. A basic technical file check is not a design or proofreading service.
