This is an Express product. Please ensure your artwork is print-ready and upload before the cut-off time. Late uploads or incorrect file setup may affect production & delivery schedule.
✅ Quick Upload Checklist
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
- Artwork size must match the hand fan size selected on this page.
- Bleed: Add 3mm bleed if background extends to the edge.
- Safe area: Keep important text/logo at least 5mm away from edges (and away from the handle / hole area).
- Resolution: 300dpi recommended for images.
- Color mode: CMYK recommended.
- Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before exporting.

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.

📌 Hand Fan Design Tips (Important)
Hand fans usually have a cut line / handle area. Avoid placing faces, logos, QR codes or small text near the edge or handle area, as trimming and hole positions may vary slightly during finishing.
📏 1) Size Selection
- Please ensure the selected size matches your artwork exactly.
- If you are using a die-cut template, do not resize the template.
🧾 2) File Upload (What to Upload)
- Please upload one final artwork file per order item.
- If you have multiple pages/designs, please place them in one PDF, or ZIP them into one file before uploading.
- Recommended file name: HandFan-Artwork.pdf
⏳ 3) Artwork Submission
- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM for express processing.
