Full-Colour Table Displays with Two Visible A5 Faces

Print freestanding table displays for menus, promotions, QR codes, event information and counter notices. Each tent card uses 310gsm art card with two visible A5 portrait display faces, front-side matte or gloss lamination and a white base for table-top setup.

Use the official A5 Tent Card production template for the complete flat artwork. The visible A5 face and white-base measurements should not be combined manually without the approved dieline.

How the Tent Card Is Printed and Displayed

First Display Face A5 Portrait Panel

One printed section becomes the first outward-facing 148 × 210mm display.

Second Display Face A5 Portrait Panel

The second printed section becomes the display face viewed from the opposite side.

Base Section 148 × 90mm White Base

The unprinted white base forms part of the standing tent-card structure.

“Full Colour Single Sided – 2 Sides View” means the outside surface of the flat card is printed. After folding, that printed surface creates two outward-facing display panels.

Lamination Options

Matte Lamination – Front Gives the printed outside surface a smooth, low-reflection appearance.
Gloss Lamination – Front Gives the printed outside surface a shinier appearance with stronger surface reflection.
Lamination applies to the printed outside surface. The white base is not described as a printed or laminated display panel.

Packed-Flat Tent Card Setup

Pre-Creased Fold positions are prepared to assist with tent-card assembly.
Packed Flat Tent cards are supplied flat for easier storage, collection and transportation.
Fold the card according to the supplied creases and product structure. Avoid forcing or repeatedly bending the laminated surface away from the crease positions.

Artwork Preparation Guidelines

Prepare one complete flat layout containing both visible display panels according to the official tent-card template.

Recommended File Format
  • PDF is the preferred final artwork format.
  • AI files are also accepted.
  • Combine related supporting files into one ZIP file where necessary.
  • Outline or embed all fonts before exporting.
Complete Flat Layout
  • Use the official complete tent-card template.
  • Include both visible display panels in one continuous layout.
  • Position all elements according to the marked fold and base areas.
  • Do not build the file using only a standard A5 page.
Bleed and Safe Area
  • Add 3mm bleed on outer edges where backgrounds reach the trimming edge.
  • Extend background colours and images fully through the bleed.
  • Keep important text and logos at least 5mm from trim and fold lines.
  • Avoid placing QR codes close to a crease.
Panel Orientation
  • Check both panels in the assembled standing direction.
  • One panel may need to appear rotated in the flat production layout.
  • Print a reduced paper mock-up to verify that both sides read correctly.
Colour and Resolution
  • Prepare full-colour artwork in CMYK.
  • Use images of approximately 300 DPI at final size.
  • Screen colours may differ from printed CMYK colours.
  • Avoid low-resolution images taken from websites or messaging applications.
Fold and Base Areas
  • Keep essential details away from all crease lines.
  • Do not place small text directly across a fold.
  • Treat the white base as a structural area unless the production template states otherwise.
  • Remove non-printing guides before final export when required.
QR Code Preparation
  • Use a clear, high-contrast QR code.
  • Maintain sufficient empty space around the code.
  • Keep the code away from folds and trimming edges.
  • Test the final QR code before submitting the file.
Artwork Submission
  • Upload complete artwork before 5:00 PM.
  • Late, missing or incorrectly prepared artwork may affect the production schedule.
  • Include the order number when submitting artwork after checkout.
Multiple Designs
  • The selected quantity applies to one design.
  • One quantity cannot be divided among different tent-card artworks.
  • Use Add Item for another design with the same specifications and quantity.
Basic Artwork Check
  • A basic check may cover size, margins, fold setup and colour.
  • It is not a design, layout or proofreading service.
  • Customers remain responsible for spelling, prices, dates, contact details and QR codes.

Production Schedule

Published Guide 2–4 Working Days

Production begins after payment and complete print-ready artwork are accepted.

Artwork Timing Submit Before 5:00 PM

Late or corrected artwork may move the production schedule.

After Production Allow Delivery or Collection Time

Transportation and collection arrangements are separate from production time.

Express or same-day production is not displayed as a standard selectable option. Obtain confirmation before relying on an earlier completion date.
