Provides a smoother, lower-glare surface with a softer tactile feel.

Avoid promising scratch-proof or damage-proof performance. Lamination changes the surface finish but does not make the product indestructible.

Artwork Preparation Guidelines

Use the correct template for the selected round or oval product.

Use the Correct Product Template
  • Choose the 58 × 58 mm round badge or 45 × 69 mm oval bottle opener first.
  • Request or download the matching template.
  • Do not resize the round template to create the oval artwork.
  • Prepare the artwork at actual size.
File and Colour Requirements
  • Accepted formats include PDF, AI, EPS and PNG.
  • Prepare colour artwork in CMYK colour mode.
  • Raster images should be approximately 300 DPI at final size.
  • Convert fonts to outlines or embed them correctly.
Bleed and Safe Area
  • Add 3 mm bleed around the product edge.
  • Extend background colours and images fully through the bleed.
  • Keep essential text and logos at least 3 mm inside the cutting line.
  • Avoid thin borders close to the outer edge.
Multiple Designs
  • The minimum quantity applies to each individual design.
  • Different logos, wording or artwork are treated as separate designs.
  • Multiple artwork files may be added only when every file uses the same specifications and quantity.
  • One quantity cannot be divided among several different designs.
Basic Technical File Check
  • Image Magic may perform a basic technical check for size, bleed, safe area and colour setup.
  • The check is not a design, layout, retouching or proofreading service.
  • Customers remain responsible for spelling, telephone numbers, dates and QR codes.
  • Incorrect artwork may affect the production schedule.
Before Approving Production
  • Confirm the correct round or oval product.
  • Confirm the quantity for each design.
  • Confirm gloss or soft-touch lamination.
  • Check all logos, wording and contact details.
  • Confirm the required production and delivery date.
