This is the most important product choice. Select according to the side from which the finished sticker needs to be viewed.

Outside Viewing View From Outside Car

Choose this setup when the printed design needs to be presented for viewing from outside the vehicle.

Choose this setup when the printed design needs to be viewed primarily from inside the vehicle.

Two-Sided Viewing Both Side View

Choose this setup when printed colour must be visible from both sides of the glass.

4C + White + 4C
Important artwork direction: When the sticker is installed inside the glass but is intended to be read from outside, the artwork may require mirrored or reverse preparation. Follow the selected printing option and artwork template rather than reversing the file without checking.
“4C” means full-colour process printing. The white layer provides opacity between the transparent material and the colour artwork, depending on the selected viewing configuration.

Material and Personalised Printing

Static-Cling Film Designed to cling to suitable smooth glass without conventional adhesive glue.
Material Selection Choose the available material option shown in the current calculator. The selected material must match the intended printing configuration.
Personalised Printing Use the Personalised Printing option when the order requires eligible unique information such as different names, numbers or identification data.
The existing wording “transparent white static cling film” is unclear. Transparent and white describe different visual properties. Use the exact material name shown in the Material dropdown rather than combining both terms in one specification.
If personalised printing is required, confirm the variable-data format before production. The master artwork and spreadsheet or data file must correspond correctly to each unique sticker.

How Static Cling Works

No Adhesive Glue Static cling relies on surface contact rather than a conventional pressure-sensitive adhesive.
Best on Smooth Glass Apply only to clean, smooth and dry glass for consistent surface contact.
Repositionable The sticker may be repositioned when it remains clean, flat and undamaged.
No Glue Residue Because conventional adhesive is not used, there is no adhesive glue layer left on normal clean glass.
Keep the Cling Surface Clean Dust, grease and fingerprints can reduce contact and make reuse more difficult.
Store Flat Keep unused or removed stickers flat and clean to reduce creasing and contamination.
Avoid absolute “no damage” claims for every glass surface. Special coatings, aftermarket tint film and delicate surface treatments may react differently. Test an inconspicuous area or confirm suitability when the glass has a special film or coating.

Vehicle Glass Placement

Keep Driver Vision Clear Do not position the sticker where it interferes with the driver's normal field of view.
Avoid Cameras and Sensors Keep stickers clear of windscreen-mounted cameras, sensors and other vehicle safety equipment.

Artwork Preparation Guidelines

Prepare the artwork to match the selected size and viewing configuration.

File Format and Resolution
  • Accepted artwork formats include AI, PDF and PNG.
  • PDF or AI is recommended for final print-ready artwork.
  • Prepare printed artwork in CMYK.
  • Use approximately 300 DPI at actual finished size.
  • Convert fonts to outlines before submission.
Finished Size and Bleed
  • Artwork dimensions must match the size entered in the calculator.
  • Add 3mm bleed on all required sides.
  • Extend background colours and images completely through the bleed.
  • Keep important text and logos safely inside the cutting edge.
Inside-Glass Artwork Direction
  • Confirm the intended viewing direction before preparing the artwork.
  • Inside-glass applications may require mirrored artwork.
  • Text and logos must read correctly from the intended viewing side.
  • Clearly identify the intended viewing direction when submitting the file.
Both-Side Printing Artwork
  • Use the Both Side View option when printed colour is required from both viewing directions.
  • Prepare the front and reverse content according to the required template.
  • Check that text orientation is correct on each side.
  • Do not assume the same artwork can simply be duplicated without checking orientation.
Custom Cutting
  • When a custom contour is required, provide a closed vector cutline.
  • Place the cutline on a separate layer using a clearly named spot colour.
  • Avoid unnecessarily complicated paths and very fine protruding sections.
Personalised / Variable Data Orders
  • Confirm the personalised-printing selection before preparing variable data.
  • Keep the master design and variable-data fields clearly identified.
  • Check names, permit numbers, vehicle numbers and other unique information carefully.
  • Confirm the required spreadsheet or database format before production.
Artwork Upload and Checking
  • Upload one final print-ready artwork file per order item.
  • Multiple supporting files should be combined into one ZIP file where necessary.
  • Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
  • Late or incorrect artwork can affect the production and delivery schedule.
  • The basic technical artwork check is not a full design or proofreading service.
