Print custom bookmarks with your supplied artwork, logo, message or promotional design. Choose from four bookmark models, several card and synthetic material options, single- or double-sided printing, available lamination and optional hole punching.

Bookmark Models and Sizes

Choose the exact model shown in the calculator and use the corresponding downloadable artwork guideline.

BM-B, BM-C and BM-D have the same nominal 50 × 150mm size but are separate bookmark models. Select the required model from its preview and prepare artwork using that model's own template.
The older description's 40 × 130mm Slim size and generic custom size are not current standard model choices. Do not advertise them as direct-order options unless they are added to the calculator.

Please confirm whether the synthetic stock is PET or PVC before standardising its product name, as the current selector wording combines both material names.

Printing and Finishing

Single-Sided Printing Supply the front bookmark artwork only.
Double-Sided Printing Supply separate front and back artwork files.
Lamination Select the available lamination option shown after choosing the paper.
Spot UV Available for suitable configurations; the public product FAQ states matte lamination with Spot UV is limited to Art Card.
Hole Punching Choose the current Hole Punching option when required.
Rounded Corners Confirm separately if required because a dedicated rounded-corner field is not currently exposed in the indexed calculator.
Do not describe every material as supporting every lamination or Spot UV combination. Allow the calculator's option dependency to determine which finishing is available for the selected stock.

Artwork Preparation Guidelines

Prepare the artwork according to the exact BM-B, BM-C, BM-D or BM-E model selected.

File Format and Colour
  • PDF is the preferred print-ready format.
  • AI artwork is also accepted.
  • CMYK colour mode is recommended.
  • Raster images should be approximately 300 DPI at final size.
  • Outline or embed fonts before exporting.
Use the Exact Model Template
  • Artwork must match the bookmark model selected in the calculator.
  • BM-B, BM-C and BM-D all measure 50 × 150mm but use separate model guideline entries.
  • BM-E artwork is prepared at 60 × 170mm.
  • Do not reuse one model template without checking the selected product.
Bleed and Safe Area
  • Add 3mm bleed on all sides when the background extends to the trim edge.
  • Extend background colours and images completely through the bleed.
  • Keep important text and logos approximately 3–5mm inside the cutting edge.
Single- and Double-Sided Artwork
  • Single-sided orders require front artwork.
  • Double-sided orders require correctly labelled front and back artwork.
  • Check the back orientation before export.
Hole Punching
  • Use the current Hole Punching selector when a punched bookmark is required.
  • Keep important text and logos away from the punching area shown on the model guideline.
  • Do not manually assume a hole position that is not shown on the selected template.
Spot UV Artwork
When Spot UV is selected, follow the additional Spot UV artwork requirement shown for that finishing. The current public FAQ confirms Spot UV availability but the dedicated upload page does not fully describe the mask setup, so confirm the required Spot UV file before submission.
Fine Lines and Small Text
  • Avoid extremely small text because bookmarks are narrow products.
  • Maintain good contrast between text and dark backgrounds.
  • Fine printed lines should be at least approximately 0.3pt.
Multiple Designs
  • The minimum quantity applies to each design.
  • One quantity cannot be divided between several different bookmark artworks.
  • Multiple artworks using the same specification and quantity may be added as separate items.
Artwork Submission
  • Upload complete artwork before 5:00 PM for the applicable production schedule.
  • Late or unsuitable artwork may affect production.
  • If several related files are required, combine them into one ZIP file where instructed.
  • Image Magic performs a basic technical artwork check rather than a full proofreading service.

Production and Delivery

Select Processing Days Use the production schedule currently offered in the calculator for your selected configuration.
Finishing Can Affect Schedule Follow the processing time calculated after selecting paper and finishing.
Delivery Time Is Additional Courier transit or collection occurs after production.
The older description states 2–4 working days plus additional time for certain finishes. Because Processing Days is now a selectable calculator field, the live selected schedule should be treated as the final production reference.

  1. Select Model Choose BM-B, BM-C, BM-D or BM-E.
  2. Select Specifications Choose quantity, printing sides, material and finishing.
  3. Prepare Artwork Use the matching bookmark model template.
  4. Upload and Order Submit complete print-ready artwork and checkout.

What bookmark models and sizes are available?
BM-B, BM-C and BM-D are 50 × 150mm. BM-E is 60 × 170mm. Select the exact model and use its matching artwork guideline.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The current product starts from 100 pieces per design.
Can bookmarks be printed on both sides?
Yes. Single-sided and double-sided printing are available.
What paper and material options are available?
Current indexed options include 250gsm and 310gsm Gloss Art Card, 250gsm Ivory White Card, 200-micron synthetic white material, 220gsm Brilliant White and 250gsm Poladon.
Is Spot UV available?
Yes. Spot UV is offered for suitable configurations. Current public product information states that matte lamination with Spot UV is available on Art Card.
Can I add hole punching?
Yes. Hole Punching is a selectable product field. Follow the selected bookmark template for safe artwork placement.
Can I request rounded corners?
Rounded corners are mentioned in the public product FAQ, but a dedicated rounded-corner option is not exposed in the indexed calculator. Confirm this finishing separately before ordering.
What artwork files should I upload?
PDF is preferred and AI is accepted. Prepare artwork at the exact selected model size, use CMYK, approximately 300 DPI images, 3mm bleed where required and a 3–5mm safe area.
How long does production take?
Select the available Processing Days shown in the live product calculator. Courier delivery or collection time is additional.
