Artwork Preparation Guidelines

Submit complete print-ready artwork matching the size and printing sides selected in the calculator.

Recommended File Format
  • PDF is the preferred print-ready format.
  • AI files may also be submitted.
  • Combine related supporting files into one ZIP file where necessary.
  • Outline or embed all fonts.
Artwork Size
  • Artwork dimensions must match the selected flyer size exactly.
  • Do not submit one size and select another size during ordering.
  • Incorrect dimensions may cause trimming, resizing or alignment problems.
Bleed and Safe Area
  • Add 3mm bleed on every side when backgrounds extend to the trimming edge.
  • Extend background colours and images completely through the bleed.
  • Keep important text and logos at least 3–5mm inside the trimming edge.
  • Avoid thin borders positioned close to the edge.
Colour and Resolution
  • Prepare artwork in CMYK.
  • Use images of approximately 300 DPI at final size.
  • RGB screen colours may differ from the printed result.
  • Avoid low-resolution images copied from websites or messaging applications.
Front and Back Files
  • Upload the front artwork for single-sided printing.
  • Upload clearly labelled front and back artwork for both-sided printing.
  • Check the back-page orientation before submission.
Artwork Submission Time
  • Upload complete artwork before 5:00 PM.
  • Late, incomplete or incorrect uploads may affect production and delivery timing.
  • Include the order number when sending files after checkout.
Multiple Designs
  • The minimum quantity applies to each design.
  • One selected quantity cannot be divided among several different artworks.
  • Use Add Item for another design with the same specifications and quantity.
Basic Artwork Check
  • A basic check may cover size, margins and colour setup.
  • It is not a design, editing or proofreading service.
  • Customers remain responsible for spelling, prices, dates, contact details and QR codes.
