Button Badges: Our team will perform a basic artwork check (size, margins, bleed and color setup). If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before sending the artwork for production.
✅ Quick Upload Checklist
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
- Artwork size must match the selected button badge size.
- Bleed: Add 3mm bleed on all sides (important for round badges).
- Safe area: Keep important text, faces & logos at least 5mm inside from the edge.
- Color mode: CMYK recommended.
- Resolution: 300dpi recommended for best print quality.
- Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before exporting.
📌 Important – Button Badge Design Note
Button badges are round, die-cut products. Slight shifting may occur during cutting and assembly. Avoid placing important elements near the edge to prevent trimming or wrapping issues.
📏 1) Size Selection
- Please ensure the selected size matches your artwork exactly.
- Do not scale or stretch artwork after selecting the badge size.
🧾 2) Artwork Upload
- Please upload one final artwork file per order item.
- Artwork should include bleed and be centred correctly.
- Recommended file name: ButtonBadge-Artwork.pdf

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.
- ✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
- ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
- ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.
This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.
⏳ 3) Artwork Submission
- Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedule.
