🚚 Delivery Notice for Pop Display Stand
Pop Display Stand is a rigid and oversized item. To avoid damage during courier handling, this item is available for Self Collection or Lalamove / West Malaysia delivery only .
Please do not combine Pop Display Stand with courier-delivery items such as business cards, flyers, booklets or small printed items in the same order.
If you need to order other items for courier delivery, please place them in a separate order.
POP Display Stands: Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files for size, margins, and colour settings. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before the files are sent directly for production.
📌 Important Note (POP Display)
POP Display Stands may consist of multiple printed sections such as header, body panels, or shelves. Please ensure artwork is prepared according to the correct layout and visible area.
✅ Recommended File Checklist
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI.
- Colour mode: CMYK.
- Image resolution: 150–300dpi at actual size.
- Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
- Bleed: Add 3–5mm bleed if background reaches the edge.
🎨 1) Artwork Preparation
- Prepare artwork at actual size (1:1 scale).
- Ensure artwork layout matches the selected POP Display Stand design.
- If artwork includes multiple sections, ensure each section is positioned correctly.
- Avoid placing important content on fold lines, joints, or hidden areas.
⚠️ Safe Area Recommendation:
Please keep all important text, logos, and QR codes at least
15–30mm away from edges, folds, or joints. This helps prevent content from being hidden or trimmed during assembly.
⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload
- Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
- If multiple sections are required, ensure files are clearly named (e.g. Header, Panel A, Panel B).

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.
- ✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
- ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
- ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.
This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.
⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off Time
- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.

- You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity.
- This option is not for splitting quantities across different designs.
- All selected options will apply to every uploaded artwork under this item.
