Table Display Stand: Our team will perform a basic artwork check (size, margins, layout and color setup). If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before sending the job to production.

✅ Quick Upload Checklist

  • Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
  • Artwork size must match the size selected on this page.
  • Bleed: Add 3mm bleed if background extends to edge.
  • Safe area: Keep important text & logos at least 5mm from edges and folding areas.
  • Color mode: CMYK recommended.
  • Resolution: 300dpi recommended for images.
  • Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before exporting.

📏 1) Size Selection

  • Please ensure the selected size matches your artwork exactly.
  • Incorrect sizing may affect fitting, folding or overall display appearance.

📐 2) Artwork Layout (Table Display Stand)

  • Design artwork according to the final display orientation (portrait or landscape).
  • Avoid placing important content near folding lines or base support areas.
  • Ensure text and images remain readable when viewed from table height.
  • Keep background and branding consistent across the entire display area.

🧾 3) Artwork Upload

  • Please upload one final artwork file per order item.
  • Ensure the uploaded file is print-ready and matches the selected specification.

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.

  • ✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
  • ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
  • ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.

This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.

⏳ 4) Artwork Submission

  • Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
  • Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedule.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send your files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

➕ Add Item (Same Specification, Same Quantity)

  • You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity.
  • This is not a split quantity for different designs.
