🚚 Delivery Notice for Foamboard

Foamboard is a rigid and oversized item. To avoid damage during courier handling, this item is available for Self Collection or Lalamove / Local KL/Selangor delivery only.

Please do not combine foamboard with courier-delivery items such as business cards, flyers, booklets or small printed items in the same order.

If you need to order other items for courier delivery, please place them in a separate order.

Poster With Foam Board: Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files for size, margins, and colour settings. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before the files are sent directly for production.

📐 Size Selection

  • Please ensure the correct poster size is selected when placing your order.
  • Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
  • Incorrect sizing may affect trimming and mounting alignment on the foam board.

⚠️ Important Note (Foam Board Mounting)
Posters will be mounted onto foam board. Slight edge trimming may occur during finishing. Please avoid placing important text, logos, faces, QR codes, or borders too close to the edge.

🎨 1) Artwork Preparation

  • Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI / high-resolution JPG.
  • Colour mode: CMYK.
  • Image resolution: 300dpi at actual size (minimum 150dpi).
  • Fonts: Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them.
  • If your artwork contains images, please ensure they are embedded (not linked).
  • Flatten artwork and ensure it is print-ready before uploading.

✅ Bleed & Safe Area
Bleed (if background goes to the edge): Add 3mm bleed on all sides.
Safe area: Keep all important elements at least 5–10mm inside from the trim edge to prevent trimming issues after mounting.

⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload

  • Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
  • Ensure the uploaded file matches the selected size and specifications.
  • Do not upload multiple versions (draft / final / v2). Upload the final confirmed artwork only.

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.

  • ✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
  • ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
  • ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.

This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.

⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off Time

  • Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
  • Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send your files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

➕ Add Item (Same Specification, Same Quantity)

  • You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity to save time.
  • This option is not for splitting quantity across different designs.
  • After checkout, only one product summary will be shown. All selected options will apply to every uploaded artwork under this item.
