COLOP Standard Stamp: Our team will perform a basic file check (size, margins and suitability for stamp production). If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made where necessary before proceeding to production.

✅ Upload Checklist (Important)

  • Recommended format: AI or PDF (vector artwork required)
  • Artwork must be BLACK & WHITE only (no colours or gradients)
  • All text must be outlined to prevent font issues
  • Minimum line thickness: 0.25–0.3pt
  • Avoid very fine details as they may not stamp clearly
  • Artwork size must match the COLOP stamp size selected

🖋️ 1) Artwork Preparation (COLOP Standard Stamp)

  • Prepare artwork as a single flat vector design.
  • Suitable for text, logos, company details and simple layouts.
  • Do not use photos, gradients, shadows or texture effects.
  • Recommended minimum text size is 6pt for best readability.
  • Ensure adequate spacing between text lines to prevent ink merging.

🧾 2) Artwork Upload

  • Please upload ONE final artwork file per order item.
  • Ensure the uploaded file is final and approved before submission.

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.

  • ✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
  • ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
  • ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.

This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.

⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off

  • Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
  • Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedule.
  • If you select Upload Later, please send your files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

➕ Add Item (Same Specification, Same Quantity)

  • You may add multiple items with the same specification and quantity but different artwork.
  • This is not a split-quantity order for different designs.
