Hard Cover Wire-O Notebooks:
Our team will perform a basic artwork check (size, margins, page order, binding area and color setup).
If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before proceeding to production.
✅ Quick Upload Checklist
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
- Artwork size must match the selected notebook size.
- Bleed: Add 3mm bleed on all sides if background extends to the edge.
- Safe area: Keep important text & logos at least 5mm away from trim edges.
- Wire-O binding margin: Leave at least 15mm on the binding side.
- Color mode: CMYK recommended.
- Resolution: 300dpi recommended for images.
- Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before exporting.
📘 1) Artwork Layout (Hard Cover)
- Prepare artwork according to the final notebook size and orientation.
- If applicable, prepare separate files for cover and inner pages.
- Cover artwork should include wrap or edge allowance if stated in the specification.
- Ensure all pages are in the correct order.
- Avoid placing important content near the Wire-O binding area.
🧷 2) Wire-O Binding Direction
- Wire-O binding is typically on the left side, unless specified otherwise.
- Please design all pages according to the correct binding direction.
🧾 3) File Upload
- Please upload one final, print-ready artwork file per order item.
- Ensure all pages are included and correctly arranged.
⏳ 4) Artwork Submission
- Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedule.
