Index Rubber Stamps: Our team will perform a basic artwork check to ensure your file is suitable for rubber stamp production. This includes checking size, layout, line thickness and stamp clarity. If there are minor issues, small
adjustments may be made before proceeding to production.
✅ Quick Upload Checklist (Important)
- Recommended format: AI or PDF (vector artwork required)
- Artwork must be black & white only (no colour or greyscale)
- All text must be outlined to avoid font issues
- Minimum line thickness: 0.3pt (thicker lines recommended)
- Avoid very fine details that may not stamp clearly
- Artwork size must match the selected Index Rubber Stamp size
🖋️ 1) Artwork Design Guidelines
- Prepare artwork as one flat vector layout.
- Suitable for company name, address, logo, reference text and numbering.
- Do not use images, gradients, shadows or textures.
- Recommended minimum text size is 6pt.
- Ensure sufficient spacing between text lines to prevent ink smudging.

- Please upload one final artwork file per order item.
- Ensure artwork is confirmed and print-ready before uploading.

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.
- ✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
- ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
- ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.
This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.
⏳ 3) Artwork Submission Cut-Off
- Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedule.
