🚚 Delivery Notice for Die Cut Board

Die Cut Board is a rigid and oversized item. To avoid damage during courier handling, this item is available for Self Collection or Lalamove / KL/Selangor local delivery only.

Please do not combine Die Cut Board with courier-delivery items such as business cards, flyers, booklets or small printed items in the same order.

If you need to order other items for courier delivery, please place them in a separate order.

Die Cut Board: Our team will perform a basic check on your artwork files, including size, margins, bleed and colour settings. If there are minor issues, small adjustments may be made before the files are sent directly for production.

⚠️ Important Notice (Die Cut Product)
Die Cut Board requires a cutting line (die-cut line) for the final shape. Please prepare your artwork carefully to avoid cutting through important text, logos or faces. If you are unsure, please keep a wider safe area from the edge of the cut line.

📐 Size Selection

  • Please ensure the correct size is selected when placing your order.
  • Artwork must be prepared at actual size (1:1 scale).
  • Incorrect sizing may cause cutting alignment or finishing issues.

✅ Quick Upload Checklist

  • Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
  • Colour mode: CMYK
  • Resolution: 300dpi recommended (minimum 150dpi)
  • Fonts: Outline or embed fonts
  • Cut line: Provide a clear die-cut line (vector) on a separate layer
  • Do not rasterize the cut line

✂️ 1) Die Cut Line & Artwork Setup

  • Create the die-cut line as a vector path (AI / PDF).
  • Place the die-cut line on a separate layer and name it clearly (e.g. Cut Line).
  • Set the cut line as a spot colour (recommended), and keep it as a thin stroke (do not fill).
  • Do not include multiple cut lines unless your design requires multiple separate cut pieces.

⚠️ Safe Area & Bleed (Recommended)
Bleed: Extend background colours/images at least 3mm outside the cut line.
Safe area: Keep all important text/logos at least 5–10mm inside the cut line (especially for curved shapes) to prevent accidental trimming.

⬆️ 2) Artwork Upload

  • Please upload one (1) final artwork file per order item.
  • Ensure your file includes the artwork + die-cut line (same file).
  • If you have multiple designs, please use Add Item to upload separate artworks.

📦 Multiple Files? Please Upload as ZIP

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.

  • ✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
  • ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
  • ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.

This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.

⏳ 3) Artwork Upload Cut-Off Time

  • Artwork must be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
  • Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
  • If you choose Upload Later, please send your files via WeTransfer or email to [email protected] and include your Order Number.

➕ Add Item (Same Specification, Same Quantity)

  • You may add multiple artworks with the same specification and quantity to save time.
  • This option is not for splitting quantities across different designs.
  • All selected options will apply to every uploaded artwork under this item.
