This product requires artwork to extend fully to the edges. Please ensure proper bleed and safe area are applied to avoid white borders after trimming.
✅ Quick Upload Checklist
- Recommended format: PDF (preferred) / AI
- Artwork size must match the selected envelope size exactly.
- Bleed: Add 3mm bleed on all sides (mandatory for full bleed).
- Safe area: Keep important text & logos at least 5–8mm away from trim and fold areas.
- Color mode: CMYK recommended.
- Resolution: 300dpi recommended for images.
- Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before exporting.

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.
- ✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
- ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
- ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.
This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.
✉️ 1) Artwork Layout (Full Bleed Envelope)
- Prepare artwork as a flat, unfolded layout.
- Artwork must include front, back and flap areas where applicable.
- Background colour or images should extend into the bleed area.
- Avoid placing important content near glue, fold or trimming areas.
- Check orientation to ensure text is readable after folding.
🧾 2) Single / Double Sided Upload
- Single-sided print: only Artwork–Front Page upload will appear.
- Double-sided print: both Artwork–Front and Artwork–Back upload buttons will appear.
- Please upload the correct artwork to the corresponding section.
⏳ 3) Artwork Submission
- Artwork should be uploaded before 5:00 PM.
- Late uploads may affect production and delivery schedules.
