ID Cards: Our team will perform a basic file check on size, margins, alignment and colour setup. Minor adjustments may be made where necessary before proceeding to production.
✅ Quick Upload Checklist
- Recommended format: PDF (print-ready) / AI
- Page size: Must match the selected ID card size
- Bleed: Add 3mm bleed if background extends to the edge
- Safe area: Keep important text/logo at least 3–5mm inside from edge
- Color mode: CMYK recommended
- Resolution: 300dpi for photos
- Fonts: Outline or embed fonts before exporting PDF
🪪 Same Design / Different Names
1️⃣ Same Design (Front & Back Same for All Cards)
- Upload your Artwork–Front file.
- If double-sided, upload Artwork–Back file.
- This applies when all cards share identical design and information.
2️⃣ Different Names / Variable Data
- If you already have print-ready individual card files, ZIP all PDFs into 1 ZIP file and upload under Artwork–Front.
- If you require us to generate the ID cards based on a name list:
- Upload Front Artwork
- Upload Back Artwork (if any)
- Upload your Excel list with names / ID numbers / department / etc.
- Our team will generate the final artwork and send you a PDF proof for confirmation before mass production.
📊 Excel File Preparation (If Required)
- Use clear column titles (e.g. Name, IC No, Membership No, Department, etc.).
- Ensure spelling and information are final before submission.
- One row = One card.
- Provide high-resolution photo separately (if required).
📦 Multiple Files? Please Upload as ZIP
If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.
- ✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
- ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
- ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.
This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.
