Marathon Bib Printing: We will help to generate each bib with participant details such as Name, Bib Number, Blood Type, and Emergency Contact. To proceed smoothly, please prepare your files correctly before uploading.

If your artwork consists of multiple files or folders (such as PDF, AI, images, fonts, linked files, or supporting documents), please place all related files into a single ZIP file before uploading.

  • ✅ Combine all artwork files into ONE ZIP file.
  • ✅ Include any linked images, fonts, or supporting files if required.
  • ❌ Do not upload multiple individual files separately.

This helps us ensure that no files are missing and allows us to process your order more quickly and accurately.

📌 Excel Information Required

  • Name
  • Bib Number
  • Blood Type (optional if not required)
  • Emergency Contact Name
  • Emergency Contact Phone Number

✅ Proofing & Confirmation: After we generate the bib artwork, we will send a PDF proof via WhatsApp for your confirmation before printing.

🖼️ Basic Artwork Requirements (Recommended)

  • Preferred format: PDF (recommended) / AI / PSD
  • Resolution: 300dpi for best print quality
  • Color mode: CMYK (recommended)
  • Safe area: Keep important text/logo at least 5mm inside from the edge
  • Bleed: Add 3mm bleed if design extends to the edge
  • Fonts: Outline text or embed fonts in PDF to avoid missing font issues

⏳ Artwork Upload Cut-Off

  • Files must be uploaded before 5:00 PM. Late uploads may delay production and delivery.
  • Only upload ONE ZIP file per order item.

💳 Terms & Conditions

  • Payment must be made before production. Please email payment slip to [email protected] once payment is completed.
  • Late payment may cause delay in production and delivery schedule.

➕ Add Item (Same Specification, Same Quantity)

  • You may add multiple order items with the same specification and quantity but different artwork (if needed).
  • Once you checkout, the selected specification will apply to all uploaded files under the same order.
